It’s now 12/27/2023 and I had prostate cancer in 2020 thank God I’m a person that goes to my 6 month check up’s and stay on top of my health I’m 66 now and I’m cancer free but it left me fighting for my sex drive I’ve tried mostly everything from the pill to the pump and the shots and nothing seem to work as I would like it to, but to see this video it is so encouraging and heart felt to know that there is something else to resolve this problem of mine. I thank you guys for the opportunity and the support that you are sharing this means the world to me and I’m only 66 years young lol I gotta lot more years to go and it definitely helps to have your significant other to understand and be by your side and I’m so proud to have her. Tony, thank you for your courage. I had the radical prostatic surgery, and tried everything you mentioned in this video. I am preparing for the implant surgery. I have been alone in this stage of my life in that other men that have the issue will not talk about it. It is humbling, and it can be emasculating, but it is courage like yours that helps the rest of us see possibility. As I said, I tried the pills, the shots, and the pump, with similar results as yours. Since my surgery I reach out to friend's that have the issue to give them an ear, and a place for their voice, and very few have opened up. Once again I thank you because prostate cancer and ED creates a lonely place, and now we know we are not alone. God bless you and your wife.

About the leakage I finally went to a pelvic floor physical therapist and she helped me learn how to have more control. The prostate is one of the things that prevents leakage and the pelvic muscle is the other. A lady that has been through pregnancy usually works to strengthen her pelvic muscles by doing kegel exercises. It helped me. All the best, Norm in Arizona

I too had the operation. It was a success! It was worth the small pain in the long run, and they put you to sleep during the process. 'Things' are not 'rock hard as the demo CD but stiff enough to get the job done very well! No more ED problems forever! lol

My prostate was taken our in 2010....it was detected very early there's no cancer..I'm in Sweden..best doctors leaking they tell you how to exercise and it'll stop..... ED I had no ED after the then on 2020 I went for rediation I'm ok I'm clean but my ED is coming back slowly but I'm ok out of danger.

A lifetime of chronically high blood sugars and insulin levels hardens the arteries in the penis before the arteries in the heart. You almost never come across men with erectile dysfunction that don't also have heart disease. Prostate cancer treatment is a whole different situation but health, period, really needs to be prioritized over disease management. I'm glad your "at last" came along and you can enjoy your time together.
It started ed about a year ago, try the pills, but vad headaches and now on testertron gel, maybe it will help. I wish new about this problem when i younger. Im 70 now

Thank you for making this video... i just had my implant done 2 days ago. I didn't have cancer like you, i had major spinal fusion surgery with major nerve damage that started affecting everything. I am curious if you were in a lot of pain after procedure? Everything hurts and they have it somewhat inflated and the pain i am feeling now makes me worried how much it might hurt when its inflated all the way.

Question: Why did you choose to remove your prostate when there are so many other procedures that can be done? There are HYFU, freezing of the prostate, nerve spearing surgery, and so on. Radiation, I will not recommend it. The removal of the prostate will not prevent your prostate cancer from reoccurring. Was your prostate cancer, too advanced, for any other procedure. The reason why oral medication did not work is because the nerve responsible for carrying information in regards to erection were severed because they are very small and run at the side of the prostate. As for the incontinence, most men who had prostate cancer treatment end up with it even if the prostate was not removed. What will help you is do not drink excess water. Never allow your bladder to be full. Doing that will greatly help your situation. The only downside to the penile pump is that the doctor always shortages the men. They usually end up with a smaller pen*# something no man is happy about. Thanks for sharing your experience even when it is not a pleasant one for you. No matter what your doctor tells you, never stop monitoring your prostate cancer annually.

I had the prostate surgery and I'm doing just fine now but prior to the surgery, I could not urinate.....it was terrible.
