I got a Coloplast 3 years ago. Best thing I’ve ever done. Make sure you go to a certified Coloplast center of excellence like Dr. Hakky in Atlanta. NO YOU DO NOT LOSE LENGTH. That was my biggest fear but it didn’t happen. You don’t get extra length or girth. You get what you have. What more could you ask for?
@@garrypatrick6097 I’m just wondering if you retained all of your girth? I never understood how the girth was maintained unless it’s the same constantly when it’s not in use. With the Coloplast you grow girth wise when it’s inflated.
Picture it as a ballon inside of your penis. When deflated it will lose girth when flaccid like normal. When inflated it expands. I have the exact same length and girth as before the surgery. Yes you can feel the pump and the cylinders when deflated however remember that you can pump it up and have sex for however long you want to. The Coloplast changed my life but you need to make your own decision.
I got the Boston Scientific penile implant in 2022 and as a medical professional, I researched it like crazy, thought I understood the risks, etc. Unfortunately, the young urologist used an implant that was too short; I lost 2 inches of length, from 6 down to 4 inches. Girth felt normal. I am under the care of the top implant urologist at Baylor and am in a two-year process to gradually increase the length of the cavity where the implant fits. I have gained 1 inch so far. What shocked me even more than the loss of length was the loss of sensation. I only have pre-implant sensitivity in two places below the glans and tip of glans. I have more difficulty achieving an orgasm now than before. I am sorry I made this decision, but it’s on my head. Note: the urologist can prescribe an urethral gel that DOES firm the glans!
as someone interested in getting a Phalloplasty sometime in the future, this video was very helpful in letting me figure out exactly what kind of implant I would want. I'd love to see more content aimed at people with Phalloplasies in the future
Or do you mean girth enhancement? Because urofill is the only patented dermal filler technique and provided only by board certified urologists trained by a board certified urologist- unlike Phalofill which was invented w/o a patent by a beautician. Himsplant or Pneuma are surgical implants that you need to really think twice about….
13 minutes of great coverage of the topic all in one place! I've had a Coloplast 3 piece implant, works nicely although my reservoir has slipped up into the inguinal canal, looks like a hernia bulge but otherwise no problem. Over the years I went from Cialis to Trimix/Edex injections finally augmented by vacuum pump and construction band. It is nice now to have enough of younger length that stays up and hard and does not slip out. We both love it.
@@AnthonyShaw-ty9pi cialis not working too week is not a reason to get implant just yet…Cialis with VED with p shot (exosomes, not PRP!! pus Botox) and maybe injection therapy aggressively for 3-6 months….then consider ipp I’d love to talk to you about it…but 66 is not too old for implant…I’ve done 86 year old--I do a ton. Do not let someone who does 1-2 month do it.
@@AnthonyShaw-ty9pi get the courage to do it. I’ve had mine 3 years. It gets hard on demand and I can go for hours if I want. Best decision I ever made. Confidence is amazing.
Had an appointment yesterday at UF Health in Gainesville, Florida. Unfortunately since I was born with exstrophy of the bladder (outside of body and inside out) and the scaring from correcting it, I am unable to have any implants. Not really wanting to give up on ED treatments but going to go back to see if we can find an injection that may work. These videos have kept me encouraged not to just give up.
Not necessarily so….the reservoir placement was probably the issue for surgery…you may have seen a urologist that wasn’t comfortable with difrnt locations for placement. I’d be happy to see you in Tyler, TX to evaualate but the best two implanters in Florida that I know of is Paul Perito and Billy Cordon both in Miami
These implants are great to return to "normalcy". I had a Coloplast, but it failed after 4 years. So, I just had the AMS installed for a replacement. I had prostrate cancer as the reason for my implant. But I would recommend it. The replacement surgery was a breeze. The pills and direct shots did nothing for me.
I had the Coloplast implanted 4/2023 to correct Peyronie's condition. I followed the rehab instructions and started penetrative intercourse at 6 weeks. Cons: It was not possible to ejaculate/orgasm for about 6 weeks after initiating penetrative sex...and then orgasm was feeble. Sensitivity was much reduced, presumably explaining why it took about 10 weeks before orgasm normalized. One other minor negative was length reduced from 7" to 6", and as doc Malik indicated the glans remains softish. That does not completely explain the loss of one inch in length and i know there is this from both measurement and how the foreskin does not completely stretch out. One possible explanation is loss from the removal of scar tissue on one side of the penis. However, a "scaffolding" matrix was placed over the excised scar location. One other mimor issue is that the penis is now somewhat dorso-ventrally flattened whereas before the cross section was wuite circular. But the circumference seems the same, so it is wider in one plane and narrower in the other. This is presumably a consequence of how the pair of tubes are aligned - their cross sections might be circular, so placed side by side would form an oval shape. Pros: far outweigh the above minor issues. Length is still good. Circumference seems the same. Orgasm is the same quality. I can have penetrative sex at any time, and for as long as i want. A slight reduction in sensitivity means orgasm takes a little longer which is not really a negative for me. Inflating and deflating the implant is straightforward but does require strength, can be fun, but not if the scrotum is covered in lubricant. I thoroughly recommend the three part implant!
U gotta pump...bend all directions..pump repeat..pump repeat..the material does stretch a Lil and increase length...I'm talking hold base..bend upper half complete 90 degrees..all directions...
My question is, like she mentioned, you won’t see any change in length. So, I had prostate cancer 3 yrs ago..had a radical prostatectomy and was told the surgery went fine ( nerve bundle wise) in spite of a 3 1/2 surgery turning into a 10 1/2 hr surgery! That was due to scar tissue and hangars from previous abdominal surgery. Also had to have an emergency surgery the following day as they had knicked my bowels in a couple of places and I was getting sepsis. Anyway, good nerve bundles or no nerve bundles, hasn’t worked since! Also they don’t mention the shrinkage! So it’s almost like my pubic region is a little swollen and my penis is retracted into it. I almost wish I would’ve chosen another route...but I convinced myself that I had an amazing and enjoyable and lengthy sex life in my 54 yrs. and if didn’t work again it’d be ok, just as long as I didn’t die from cancer! Now, I hate the everyday hassle of even urinating. It just stops dead in its tracks when it’s done and you better have a piece of TP ready to wipe the end! Not to mention any sudden movements, like squatting down real fast or turning around really fast will make a drop or two come out. My PSA level has come back up twice since then , indicating the return of the cancer. So, I’ve had two separate radiation sessions...one blanket on the lower abdomen and one targeted ( towards a tiny lymph node ) as well as two rounds of the Test. suppression shots! Just finished the last shot 3 months ago and am now waiting for my natural test levels to increase and see what if anything the PSA looks like. So, I’d consider this type of treatment but if it doesn’t help w/length, and get it back to where it was, in my mind what’s the point?!?

Well presented information. Sometimes the way you say things make me smile and laugh. I bet you have a good amount of stories that you could tell as a stand up comic.
Disabled veteran who was finally happy to find someone who knew what they were talking about, but very sad to find out that a 45 minute consult is 1.5k. Seems like with your social media revenue this wouldn't be necessary. Very disappointed.
After radical prostatectomy, pills didn't work. I didn't want to waste time trying other alternatives and immediate went for a 3 piece implant. I got my AMS 700 implant about a year ago, and I am very satisfied now. However, I must admit that I had a few terrible weeks after surgery. All that time I was laying in bed. Going to the toilet was also a nightmare. Yet, I am glad with my decision, as I can act again as a man as before. I can get as hard as I want, but it takes more than those '15' pumps. Probably 50 or even more. But this is not a real problem, certainly not compared to the other alternatives. I can also stay hard as long as I want. A difference with before is that I now have a 'shower' instead of a 'grower'. I think the length and girth increased a little bit after some months. The penis with the implant feels rather natural,. Sensitivity is ok. During normal sex, there is no disturbance because of the 'plumbing'. However, sometimes (e.g. when biking) I can feel the pump device. And of course, when touching with my hand, I can also feel the 'cabling', one to the left, one to the right, and one to the reservoir. I have also a little bulge at the location of the reservoir.
I am looking at this option my back was broken in a helicopter crash that shattered my back and crushed my spinal cord. I have been married over 30 years and we are very close. I liked to hear from anyone who has had this and there spouses opinion too.
I am 77 years old and have ED. I have polio and can’t use my right arm. I have been to two doctors and they say I will not be able to use the pump, because it will roll around and you need two hands to use it. Is this true?
I had an implant after getting on Parkinson's medication and it interfered with my love life. I had a pump and it broke within 2 months. I now have an implant, but I sacrificed girth and length.
I recently was diagnosed with Parkinson's as well (YOPD technically given I'm 37). I have noticed some ED trouble myself almost like the pelvic muscle struggles to 'help' maintain erections. I know that may not make sense to most ppl but it does to me lol. In general I have noticed the medication killed my appetite and even seems to cause penile atrophy/recession at times. My libido is higher slightly if anything though so it has been rough. Anyway, I hope and pray for you during this journey. God bless.
One comment. I have a coloplast Titan. I had good blood flow into the glands before surgery and i STILL have good blood flow allowing engorgement/tumescence AFTER surgery. The combination of the implant plus normal glans engorgement has resulted in a slight increase (about 1 cm) of my original length with increased girth. I must be sexually aroused for this effect. Just pumping it up unaroused results in a somewhat shorter length. Only slightly.
I hear you, had the same procedure myself, they said there might be a lose of size, and they were right it happened and trying to maintain erection, another problem.
My goodness. All is not lost. Better than the original. Look like stress level or testosterone level has no effect on this. I will go for it if I ever encounter ED.
Age 84 and have had a free testosterone level of over 1200 since my forties. Have ED and occasionally and used both Edex and the shot as well as the meds. All help but poorly and with some pain while after using them. Have prostate problems but otherwise healthier than I deserve to be. May consider this because I can't take money with me when my time is finally up. Love the Doctor also.
My hi volume surgeon in Virginia Beach says if your glans gets erected before surgery, it will do the same after surgery. She says otherwise here. Who is right?

My ED started after my radical prostatectomy. I have tried different meds, injections, and the vaccuum pump with no erection achieved. I am very interested in the 3-piece implant. I am 61 years old and my prostate was removed December 2014. My penis seems to have shrunk quite a bit since then. Before the prostate surgery, was erection was about 6-7 in length. It has now shrunk sop much that I am not certain I would have enough length after the installation of the penile implant. Do you have any ideas, suggestions, or advice?
I survived at the age of 73 after prostate cancer surgery. I am now 75 and I know I'll get an erection when I want one. The recovery is rough for the first 6-8 weeks and it takes awhile to get comfortable with inflating and deflating the implant but it's worth it.
Oldest guy I have implanted is 86 My guys recover in 2-3 weeks about 85% of the time as in using their implant at 3 weeks. It depends upon “who” does your implant and “how” it is done The volume of implants the doc does per month and year Obviously there are some factors we can’t control though
I've got the Boston Scientific unit and I just wish I'd have been forewarned about how incredibly painful this surgery was. To say nothing about having to pump up my erections two to three times a day for a year to break it in for its full effect.
Mine was a bit painful at first but not too bad and so worth it. This thing is amazing and having to pump it up for an erection 2 or three times a day I consider a benefit as it’s quite enjoyable. I’ll be pumping mine up 2-3 times a day for as long as I am able! No regrets here, just wish I’d done it sooner.

Had a theory of the medication over oxygenating her system hence mine and this destroyed the developing sexual organs. Because this video is discussing ED purposed implants. Penuma does nothing to help with erection quality/ability it is only for increased girth/asthetics. She has a separate video on penuma implants specifically.
Why not? The lazer isn't pointing at your penis and the pieces of stone passed are not anywhere near the implant ever....if the stones are so large they can breach the urethra, cap cor, & damage the implant I'd say you have bigger issues to worry about.
Can you get a bigger implant than what you originally were? Longer and fatter. Even slightly? How much bigger %-wise if you can? How do those affect sensation and performance? What reviews do women have when their man has those?
I'm a patient not a doctor they put the largest implant in my penis that they could My penis came out just about the same size as when I went in maybe just slightly shorter not enough to really notice and they had one hell of a time getting that implant in The amount of pain that I went through was double what it was on a previous implant so think real hard pardon the pun before you start trying to increase the size of your penis cuz you're not going to be able to do it. Think of it this way you can't put a gallon of substance in a half gallon container it won't fit and it only stretches so far
@@martens57 Fun fact: baseball pitcher's throwing arm is longer than the other one. Your Johnson can stretch over time. Especially since it is soft tissue and not hard bone. And if I did need one, I would want to get it bigger so long term preparation is needed. Too bad they don't make an inflatable one. Pump it up till you get just before any pain.
Did you go to a high voluume implanter? If not you need to get to one!!!
You got shorted bro.
Now you can go all night bro.
as someone interested in getting a Phalloplasty sometime in the future, this video was very helpful in letting me figure out exactly what kind of implant I would want. I'd love to see more content aimed at people with Phalloplasies in the future
Phaloplasty….?? Explain
You mean removing the excess penile and Scrotal tissue (webbing)?
Herniated reservoir is easy to fix
Interesting!!
I'm 66, and trying to build up the confidence, to go get this done.
Been taking Cialis for 10 plus years. Doesn't work too well anymore.
@@AnthonyShaw-ty9pi cialis not working too week is not a reason to get implant just yet…Cialis with VED with p shot (exosomes, not PRP!! pus Botox) and maybe injection therapy aggressively for 3-6 months….then consider ipp
I’d love to talk to you about it…but 66 is not too old for implant…I’ve done 86 year old--I do a ton. Do not let someone who does 1-2 month do it.
@@AnthonyShaw-ty9pi get the courage to do it. I’ve had mine 3 years. It gets hard on demand and I can go for hours if I want. Best decision I ever made. Confidence is amazing.
Just had one replace 3 pc but loss length and a lot on girth . What can I do please give me some advice?
Having had both Boston Scientific, AMS700 & Coloplast, "Titan" its the Coloplast hands down; absolutely N0 comparison !
What was the big difference?
Had an appointment yesterday at UF Health in Gainesville, Florida. Unfortunately since I was born with exstrophy of the bladder (outside of body and inside out) and the scaring from correcting it, I am unable to have any implants. Not really wanting to give up on ED treatments but going to go back to see if we can find an injection that may work. These videos have kept me encouraged not to just give up.
bro go for Malleable Implant
Not necessarily so….the reservoir placement was probably the issue for surgery…you may have seen a urologist that wasn’t comfortable with difrnt locations for placement. I’d be happy to see you in Tyler, TX to evaualate but the best two implanters in Florida that I know of is Paul Perito and Billy Cordon both in Miami
This woman is awesome. Her husband is super lucky. She isn't just extremely intelligent; she is good natured.
What is the cause of failure?
@muneeralzboon-pl6um honestly not sure. I am pretty active. 😆
@@SynfulzI’m very active with mine as well. Anytime I want and as often as I want and as long as I want. These things are amazing.
I just had a 700 AMS implant two weeks ago.
@@hankfaber-gd6gnhow’s it working out so far?
Excellent explanation of the three types and what can be expected from each!! Thank you!!
I call mine four hours of fun! enough said! Guys if you're having issues, I would highly recommend it.
Thanks Doc!!!!!! I'm not there yet, at the end of the line and if I do (which I hope I don't) I still not feeling the thought of sharp objects down there!!!!👀👀👀👀 I'm disrespecting you or your colleagues, I'm sure you all are skilled and I would trust you based on your knowledge and if I was at that limp end of the road. Thanks for the information, Dr. Malik.👩⚕️ It's interesting learning about penile health and what some men are going through.
After I developed epilepsy I developed autonomic insufficiency and I am so happy after I received my implant
I have the Boston Scientific AMS700 implant and I don't think I could be happier with it.
How your felling with it? Is it good?
How about length?
Feeling
Is it not that hard? Or what is the reason plz tell us thanks
Well presented information. Sometimes the way you say things make me smile and laugh. I bet you have a good amount of stories that you could tell as a stand up comic.
Do they help with size ?
I have the ams 700 best decision for me
Mine is wonderful.
They really work well! My wife is very happy with my new junk !
It's been a while since your brace was installed.
From your description it seems those are not the best kind of implants…it shouldn’t take “50 pumps” to get it inflated…
I am looking at this option my back was broken in a helicopter crash that shattered my back and crushed my spinal cord. I have been married over 30 years and we are very close. I liked to hear from anyone who has had this and there spouses opinion too.
I'll will be happy to share my experience..I will break everything down ...if your interested..
this lady is very good thnx
I am 77 years old and have ED. I have polio and can’t use my right arm. I have been to two doctors and they say I will not be able to use the pump, because it will roll around and you need two hands to use it. Is this true?
I had an implant after getting on Parkinson's medication and it interfered with my love life. I had a pump and it broke within 2 months. I now have an implant, but I sacrificed girth and length.
Did two months after your stent was implanted disrupted?
I am a Diabetic Type I on Insulin.I do smoke.I have Peronie’s Disease.I also
have ED.I am 73 years of age. There is nothing I can do about it.
In the Philippines, what would be a "ball park" cost of having this procedure done in hospital ?
Any developments on the urethra front. A huge section of mine was removed during prostatectomy. I would love to have the length back
I hear you, had the same procedure myself, they said there might be a lose of size, and they were right it happened and trying to maintain erection, another problem.
If patient on self cather .can he will go for this
My goodness.
I love you Dr. Rena Malik!
Hello DR. I will like to know were can I get the process.
My hi volume surgeon in Virginia Beach says if your glans gets erected before surgery, it will do the same after surgery. She says otherwise here. Who is right?
Hello,I have married last but I have suffering with ED ,Dr. How much maney to make pernile implants thank you
Very informative, haven’t seen a video that explains it as well as you do.
Do you still have sensation around the head and shaft ??
Thanks for the information. I pray my health , stays active. Just need a good female partner. No opioid addicts.
My doc went straight to the implant route! Supposed to be the best doc in ontario, hard pass on that
ontarion canada or somewhere else?
@@wasimahmed1570 yep ontario canada, with this system it's no wonder maid is a better option that trying to get anything fixed here, I just keep getting told it's not bad enough to fix for any of my problems, but here take these drugs to keep the pain away
I understand that the size of the head doesn't "inflate" with the implants. Thats too bad if true
Great job Doc .thanks😊im 72 i wonder if i would survive the surgery?
I survived at the age of 73 after prostate cancer surgery. I am now 75 and I know I'll get an erection when I want one. The recovery is rough for the first 6-8 weeks and it takes awhile to get comfortable with inflating and deflating the implant but it's worth it.
Oldest guy I have implanted is 86
My guys recover in 2-3 weeks about 85% of the time as in using their implant at 3 weeks.
It depends upon “who” does your implant and “how” it is done
The volume of implants the doc does per month and year
Obviously there are some factors we can’t control though
I've got the Boston Scientific unit and I just wish I'd have been forewarned about how incredibly painful this surgery was. To say nothing about having to pump up my erections two to three times a day for a year to break it in for its full effect.
Mine was a bit painful at first but not too bad and so worth it. This thing is amazing and having to pump it up for an erection 2 or three times a day I consider a benefit as it’s quite enjoyable. I’ll be pumping mine up 2-3 times a day for as long as I am able! No regrets here, just wish I’d done it sooner.

How does this woman pass the pneuma implant which surpasses them all
@TomMcdonald9AYahooDotCom yeah any doctor in my book that starts promoting sexual perversion and normalizing it in their speech is already a deceiver in my book not to be trusted
Because this video is discussing ED purposed implants. Penuma does nothing to help with erection quality/ability it is only for increased girth/asthetics. She has a separate video on penuma implants specifically.
Does it not change the sensation ?
Hi
I got kidney stones, it’s possible to get semi rigid implant and it’s okay if they use laser to break these kidney stones?
Thank you
Why not? The lazer isn't pointing at your penis and the pieces of stone passed are not anywhere near the implant ever....if the stones are so large they can breach the urethra, cap cor, & damage the implant I'd say you have bigger issues to worry about.
You need to make a video about hard flaccid syndrome please .
Having just had a700 replaced one of my cylinders is trying to come through tissue at the head . How can it be fix?
I'm scheduled to have mine done Aug 28th 2024 hopefully I'll have nothing be good to say like it's seems quite a few here have to say..
Where did you get to implante
I'm from Telangana
For me, sure I would like a bigger Johnson. But I don't need an implant as mine still works lol
There may come a day though. Ya never know. And if I did need one, I would want to get it bigger so long term preparation is needed.
Too bad they don't make an inflatable one. Pump it up till you get just before any pain. Can stay hard for a LONG time.
And other answers to my other questions?
U can stretch but do much...too much implant will damage u...but the implant I believe does stretch as u bend it...u gotta work it..I'm taking Coloplast titan..it doesnt grow in size..but I believe u can gain size because of exercising it stretching it..
Why can’t they make it longer?
Does it also improve the size ? Girth and length
Seriously, what the video.
Thank you. Wonderful information.
I thought though with the penile implant- AMS 700 LGX helps with both Girth and Length!??
It does…but Coloplast titans are larger than the LGX
So Coloplast Titan is the One then if you want to be a BIG boy! Haha. Thanks for your reply!

Can you get erectile dysfunction implants in the UK?
Answer; Yes, penile implant surgery is available in the UK as a last resort treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED). However, it's only performed on men with "end-stage ED" who have not responded to other treatmentsHere are some places in the UK that offer penile implant surgery:
London Men's Clinic: Offers penile prosthesis surgery by experienced surgeons
The Cadogan Clinic: A specialist clinic in London with award-winning facilities and over 100 consultants
Nuffield Health: Offers penile prosthetic surgery at several locations, including Bournemouth, The Vale Hospital, Glasgow, Leeds, and St Bartholomew's Hospital in London

can you get penile implant surgery on the NHS?
Answer; Yes, penile implant surgery is available on the NHS in the UK, but it's considered a last resort treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED) and is only available through tertiary referral. The surgery is performed by specialized urological services at penile implant centers with urology and andrology services
Penile implant surgery is relatively rare in the UK, and the number of NHS centers offering the procedure is declining.
Penile implants aren't for everyone, and a healthcare provider may advise against them if a patient has:
An infection, such as a urinary tract infection or pulmonary infection
Diabetes that isn't well controlled
Significant heart disease

Hi! Excelent work Dr! What it would be the estimate price for a the Semi Rigid Implant?
I'm 66. Just called and checked on the pricing.
Penile implants are roughly 20,000 to 25,000 dollars.
Just found out that Medicare covers it, if you have erectile dysfunction. That's great news. You pay your annual deductible, and another 4 to 500.00 co-pay, and that's it.
Roughly 700.00 max.
Medicare covers the rest.
