I got my first implant 8 years ago and then a couple of months ago it gave out because of the tubing. The next day I got an appointment with a high volume implant surgeon. He did the revision surgery about 3 weeks ago. I've had absolutely zero problems I lost no size or sensitivity. If I had to do it over again I would without a second's worth of hesitation.

I have struggled emotionally for all of that time feeling like I have failed my wife of 54 years. I don't have many more years but I would love to be restored sexually. I will be looking into this procedure. Thanks for the videos.

I’ve had the penile implant and it’s a wonderful thing to have done especially if you’ve suffered from ED for a long time. It definitely gives you back your confidence’s when it comes to your sex life. The only negative I can mention you run the risk of losing about half of your sensitivity in the head of your penile and when you have sex be prepared to have sex for a long time before you can reach your point of ejaculation. Sometimes I have to take a short break and start again. Other than that I wish I could have gotten my implant years ago.

The emotional aspect of this surgery can not be under stated. I was on the verge of suicide and this surgery made me do a complete 180. I just recently went through a revision where my coloplast was replaced by an ams after about 5 years due to a failure in the device. I highly recommend a high volume surgeon. Again the emotional aspect can not be understated! Watching this video brought back so many memories and it also made me smile. Its a wonderful time to be alive!

    • @evildeebee
      @evildeebee 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@firataytac1748 doesn't interfere with social activities at all. As to being seen through a track suit -- that would just depend on how big you are. Once you get the implant, your penis will no longer shrink down and will mostly stay the same size, it just won't be hard. It's easy to hide, but like speedo's are out of the question lol, but I think most guys unless they are absolutely huge (like 12"+, but those are extremely rare) will be just fine.
And if you can't hide it well -- to be honest just take pride in it lol. At least that's what women have told me!

@evildeebee wish I could say the same thing. My experience is completely opposite and the worst thing i could have ever done! The results of my implant are horrible at best. My length is less than half of what it once was. Girth is essentially non-existent now, not much bigger than my thumb! On top of the extremely smaller penis, 8 months post-op I frequently experience pain even when not using it, furthermore the act of sex itself is painful, and is NOT even pleasurable for me or my girlfriend.
What I have now is just embarrassing!
I agree there is an emotional aspect, I'm mentally, physically, and emotionally devastated with this implant. Unlike you, I have contemplated suicide because of the implant.

It depends on whether they were. Able to retain the nerves that run and are attached to the prostate.-They can retain the nerves but often they are damaged. Those nerves are the transmitters to the brain, so if they are removed or damaged there is considerable impairment to the sensation.in terms of hardness, with a penis pump you can control the hardness and can be very firm as in the real thing-Main thing about this is assertaining whether the cancer is aggressive or not-if it not, put the op off and just have regular tests (PSA) and if need be another biopsy. Biopsies are a very hit and miss affair
    Hope this helps

Hey Doc, I’m thinking of having the penile implant surgery. Several years ago I had my prostate removed due to cancer. I’ve tried everything from pills, injections, and even some kind of procedure invented in Germany that basically breaks down your penile blood cells, and then causes more to be created. I went for the procedure because it made sense, maybe my ED was because of lack of blood in the penis after surgery. It didn’t work. When I use a vibrator, I have strong orgasms. My only hesitation of diving right in with the penile implant surgery is the lack of sensitivity. If you experience a lack of feeling then it becomes, “What’s the use!” Can you give me the success rate after surgery, of not losing a degree of sensitivity? I’m reading the comments from your video, and it seems like a mixed bag. Some say it’s wonderful, and some say they lost sensitivity and it didn’t get hard enough. Give me the facts Doc, please.

She said it's more noticeable orally.
This is the most emotionally devastating thing I have ever gone thru....scared to death my relationship will not survive this now that can no longer satisfy her!
Another devastating thing is that this procedure is irreversible, meaning once you get an implant, you can "NEVER" go back to normal erections and will "ALWAYS" need an implant!
    AGAIN DO NOT DO THIS!!!

We are sorry you had this experience. However, over 95% of men have a positive experience, similar to what this couple testified to. We would suggest you discuss your concerns with your surgeon. We wish you the best.

@clavelluro GREAT I fall into that 5% disaster rate!!! OK saw my surgeon today and all I got was "I don't know what to tell you"
I understood there would be some length loss, but NOT by half!!! On top of losing half of my length, it can only achieve a limp erection.
Bottom line...my results are horrible at best, I don't even feel like a man anymore!
I don't know what to do now, this was absolutely the worst decision I have ever made in my life!
I'm not being delusional, the difference in before and after is so drastic....right now I want the damn thing removed!!!

I am curious what happens when a man is aroused mentally before he presses the pump. does he get a "natural erection" or it's sensation. Will the natural erection adversely effect the implanted pump ?

Unfortunately once this is done through the procedure they damage tissues that help with natural erection. As a result No more natural erection once this is done

Being overweight is not a cause for ED, specially when everything else (diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol) has been checked and found normal.

your videos convinced my bro boy is he sorry now !
my bro had a boston scientific AMS 700 implant 2 months ago it is horrible does not work ! He would never recommend any man do this operation ! the surgeon is an uncaring Dr. he got his $ and does not care it is painful and it was placed incorrectly , sized wrong he is smaller than before he cannot operate the pump it is like rock the fluid solid ! he cannot have intercourse w/ his wife ! she may leave him ! the Boston scientific rep has not helped and no other doctor will help him or do a revision surgery or even consult w/ him
no one will help him ! this technology is NOT developed ! it does NOT work ! do not do it !

    • @Ease54

I realized the key to pumping is stabilizing with left hand so the bulb won't squirt around. You have to death grip that tubing and immobilize it. It loosens up and gets easier with use.
