Missouri's always been a unique culture one of the only state in the union where the rural communities still control the state with an overwhelming margin The difference between Saint Louis and Kansas City and the rest of the state is night and day Then again those are also the last refuges In the state for democrats the results are plain to see Corrections is a revolving door for most of these people Instead charging them with murder they get charged with man slaughter which in Missouri is a 5 to 7 year sentence But they usually get out in 3 Less if it is an involuntary Manslaughter charge The big city lawyers and judges get these people the least sentence time But they're killing each other in prison all the time and they still get released. Honestly, I’ve “evolved” on the issue of guns: I believe that every citizen with full rights should be REQUIRED to own a handgun, and every household should be required to own a rifle or shotgun. I believe that “if you can not afford one, one will be appointed for you.” Should apply. Also, as it is a protected right, guns and ammo should be tax-free.
Not everyone should own one cuz lots of people these days are irresponsible and dangerous and should not have access to anything. I remember reading those defensive gun stats from the CDC multiple times a while back. Then just a few months ago I tried to look for them again and couldn’t find it, and instead just found a bunch of articles with basically the same headline saying “Actually, nobody uses guns for defensive purposes.”

ATF was transitioned from a regulatory agency tasked with assistance in maintaining compliance with tax stamps fining where necessary and filing charges where needed, to now a law enforcement agency that is controlled by individuals with an agenda on disarmament of the population and closing of FFL stores.

Correct and when the govt came to confiscate the Mexican’s guns they bent the knee and handed over their weapons, this why the cartels now cannot be controlled. I remember reading those defensive gun stats from the CDC multiple times a while back. Then just a few months ago I tried to look for them again and couldn’t find it, and instead just found a bunch of articles with basically the same headline saying “Actually, nobody uses guns for defensive purposes.”

I used to work for a Big Box FFL and someone came in with a GSG .22 MP5 pistol... with a stock to sell to us. We didn't deal in NFA items so I told him I couldn't buy it. Look at what the ATF is trying to do to Matt Hoover with his TH-cam channel “crs firearms” they’re trying to put him away for a long time because he owns a gag gift called the “auto key card” and he also possesses an SOT which means he can legally own post ban full autos. It makes no sense. But also the ATF doesn’t like us gun owners so there’s that.

Correct and when the govt came to confiscate the Mexican’s guns they bent the knee and handed over their weapons, this why the cartels now cannot be controlled.
