The 200 dollar fee is unconstitutional
What the ATF did had all the markings of a hit job. There was zero necessity to do an early morning in-the-dark raid, covering up the homeowners camera, cutting the power, over an issue of "a firearm license". Insane.
I am confused, when did the ATF become party of the legislative branch and start passing laws?

it doesn't matter how much they argue this, the fact is that they murdered a man who was protecting his family.

A pistol brace is NOT a firearm. It is a separate item, like a scope or a light mount.
SBRs are 100% legal. As long as you give ATF $200. You have to buy permission to own it. So why does the ATF say one is illegal and dangerous but if you give them $200 that same firearm is ok?

ATF authored millions of letters saying pistol braces were completely legal and this clown tries to refer to the 1934 anti gun act for reason to say they’re SBRs
That is the heart of the matter. They served a warrant in the most dangerous way possible for what wasn't even a crime.
