For someone who didn't know love (nor in childhood or in adulthood), watching this is a blessing. I hope one day I'll experience this with another man. I didn't cry, and I'm not lying. It's full of flaws. I found it superficial and unintelligent.
Asked myself why I was crying then realised why. It’s because everyone dreams of this, everyone sees themselves with this kind of love but unfortunately it doesn’t bless everyone. I know I speak for many when I say I hope and pray I find this type of love one day. Sarah, although I’m highly jealous of you, I’m so proud of you for finding one of the last few good men out there. You’ve done it my love, you deserve this more than anyone. Carlo, thank you for showing the world exactly what and who a man should be. The love you give not only your wife but also everyone else who is blessed to know you, is beyond beautiful. You can see it hasn’t been easy for them, but the things they have been through will never separate them again. I love you guys, I’m glad you got your happy ever after❤️

I have a few friends who are high school sweethearts as well as others who I have had the pleasure of celebrating 50 and 60 year anniversaries with them. I have my kids, which is a whole other level of love of which I am thankful for, but the love and companionship of a life long partner is priceless.

Loved your story. I’m 1/2 Italian. My Aunt met and married an Italian man. His brother met me and my Mother was trying to arrange for him to meet my sister who was older than me. He came to our house with flowers chocolates and wine and wanted the arrangement with me. He was 6 years older than me and I just graduated high school. He tried so many times but my father wouldn’t allow it. We never connected, for years he asked about me. He and his brother became millionaires and they both died in their early 40s with cancer. My father thought he just wanted an American wife but he really did care for me. He was so cute and so kind barely spoke English. A lost love. I loved your story.❤
