Carlo tried everything from the famous rolls, to the butter corn, and his favorite the RIBS! I even gave him a big surprise.. and HIS REACTION WAS PRICELESS!

I love how people who are new to the country pronounce English words. My husband came to Canada from Germany and his English was ok, we went for a walk on a hot summer day and he wiped his head and said, my foreskin is sweaty. I said forehead dear, 😂
My niece came from France as a teacher and lived in Chicago. She and her T.A. took the kids out for walkabout. The T.A. took lead and my Niece took the rear. A couple of kids were acting up, laughing, jumping around. At the front of this rowdy crew the T.A. hears her yelling "Knock it off, NO FOREPLAY, NO FOREPLAY" Down town Chi-town...she wa trying to say HORSEPLAY 🙄🫢🤭
Yes, my American friends laughed at me when I told them "I feel another man" instead of "I feel like another man" stepping out of a public toilet after refreshing myself.

Texas isnt as good as the hype yall love to spread. Its mediocre at best. Kansas City for BBQ...anywhere else is just plain....PLAIN. There is a reason why Kansas City is THE BBQ capital of the world. Becuae its the BEST.

I am sick with the flu. I rarely have time to look at you tube so I knew nothing about Sarah and Carlo. You two have kept me company since last Thursday. I binged all things Carlo and Sarah. I especially loved the touching video of Carlo sharing about the loss of his father. Never change, Carlo. You and Sarah are somehow healing a very broken culture. I am also 100% Italian. Carlo actually reminds me of my little brother when he was younger. Ocean of God’s Blessings.
This Italian Guy shrunk when she told him the prices of the food LMAO. Hey i paid $45.00 for a pork chop in Dallas Dec 10th, 2022. However his "SmotherFcuker" comment is priceless. He is my new favorite guy in couple video so far. His accent his facial expressions his awkward smiles. We call can learn Italian watching these. LOVE IT!!

As someone who lives in Texas and so used to the decor style and culture, it was wonderful seeing Carlo's reaction to the whole experience! Especially his reaction to the "birthday" surprise 😅

My husband is Swedish. He has been in America since he was in high school so he mostly has the cliches down and his English is better than most Americans (with his cute accent) but now and then Ill catch him in something lol. So much fun bringing two cultures together!
My husband is also Swedish and for some reason doesn’t have that cute accent (his family does). When he is tired he likes to pluralize various words.
@@daniellem1838 when did he move to the states? Ive gotten to where I don't hear the accent much but others do. His sister has an ear for language and can speak English with little to no accent.

I have to wait until I get home from work to watch this but I’m going to get beer and takeout and watch this as appointment viewing. I love when you take this little cutie to chain places and get his reaction. You gotta go to Hooters next and watch him get all red in the face. He is 100% adorable.

@@mattlemmons6647 it would be hilarious though. He is such a pure and innocent soul. The food is so good there you wouldn’t believe it: best chicken sandwiches and wings around. And the gorgeous waitresses make everyone blush and are very friendly and charming. He’d have an amazing time.
@@kevindrake4529 I agree it would be hilarious. I think your fondness for the waitresses is coloring your impression of the food, though. Whenever I've been to a Hooter's the food was serviceable but nothing special, even for bar food.

As a Italian American also from Texas and having worked at the Roadhouse. Glad Y'all liked it! We have some great Italian food in Houston (not Olive Garden).

Another Texan/Houstonian here. I love their excitement about Texas, but Texas Roadhouse was actually started in Indiana. It's delicious, but it's a Northerner's concept of Texas.
Houston has good every food. I hope they'll go visit sometime, it'd be adorbs.
Houston has such good food, I swear. Any side of town you go to there is something new from your TX BBQ, to authentic Mexican, Korean, Indian food...love it all.

As a Canadian, i'm always amazed at the combinations for foods in the States. I'm with Carlo though, in that meat is a winner and more garlic needs to be used on some veggies. My fondest memory of a meal i've had, comes from an Italian restaurant that had the best Bruschetta, some 20 years ago.

The thing is, he objects to the sourness. I can relate, vinegar and sour cream spoil most flavors for me. (But I love pickles, fried or raw.)
My wife is from Vietnam, and a friend of ours took us to a Texas Roadhouse.....for better or worse it's now one of my wife's favorite places to eat because of the rolls.

As a native Texan of Italian decent (Great-grandfather = Naples & Great-grandmother = Palermo), y'all need to come to Texas and let Carlo try real BBQ. Snow's BBQ in Lexington, Black's BBQ in Lockhart, or LJ's BBQ in Brenham. Y'all come!
That was adorable! Y'all need to come to Texas for a proper chicken fried steak. I recommend you fly in to Dallas/Fort Worth airport and go to Sweetie Pie's Ribeyes in Decatur(1 hour drive from the airport), which is the best with the best gravy. I loved this episode.
There's also a Sweetie Pies in NRH.. Just off Airport fwy.. I've not eaten there yet, but sounds good.

Texas Roadhouse was started and headquartered in my hometown of Louisville, KY. Most people think it’s actually a TX restaurant. It’s not, but it’s good food for a very decent price and they’re super consistent with their food and service. Plus, they treat their employees better than any other company I know. Great company!!!

I’m Armenian. Lots of Armenians in Boston and good restaurants there. You should try some of our food! My Italian hubby loves most of it but isn’t a fan of cumin and the yogurt with garlic and mint we use in our food 😮

Omg I’ve seen this before but it makes me laugh so much coming across it again. Native Texan here, love Texas Roadhouse. The beginning where Carlo said Holy Moly because of the animal head with antlers. Reminds me of the time I took my English fiancé to a Texas steakhouse - he FREAKED out just like that 😂
