When my Dad 1st saw me in my wedding dress, his very 1st words to me was...how disappointed he was in me cause I didn't make his step-daughter my maid of honor! To this day, I really wish my husband and I told no one except my grandma on my mom's side about our wedding and wished that we had just eloped instead!

I didn’t finish my comment. My father didn’t even say I looked pretty. Never told me I looked pretty, nice or anything. No emtion ever from him. He was a little better when I had my daughter. His first and only grandchild.
