Forgot the storyline he is from but him and GL Batman, Batman who laughs etc. team up to and cause some serious damage. InArt's attempt of getting into 1/12 scale. those turtles are 1/12 but exclusive to china right now, Ramen Toy did a walk through and ask the guy in charge of the display
