Thrifting online (depop, poshmark, vinted, mercari, thredup, etc) might be easier than in person if you can! I like thrifting online bc you can filter by size and there’s more variety :)

Do you sell your stuff anywhere other than etsy? I know they take a pretty big cut of the profits so if you’re ever able to set up a different system make sure you tell people!!
