omg i have those same bumps they're called closed comedones or sebacious filaments, i have them too and they get on my nerves i know where ur coming from. i recommend using a cleansing oil instead of a balm, i like the skin 1004 and the anua pore control (but that doesn't remove makeup as well). sorry hope this isnt like unwarented advice just wanted to help out
As alt girl i have some corsets with the slippery ribbons, all i did to fix it was hand sew the bow, in the middle how you normally tie it and it stays!
