- 4-Fluoroamphetamine is a substituted amphetamine that offers effects somewhere between those of amphetamine and MDMA. It's been a member of the research chemical market since the late 2000s.
It has at times been a more popular research chemical because it does have a unique and potentially desirable effect profile.
Not enough is known about the drug to be sure about its safety level, particularly with chronic use.

You pharmacologist's are naive, and should study something that requires more critical thinking than the stupid English alphabet. No one make's speed with electronically reduced Fluorine in it. The truth is 4 FA is just a byproduct of impure d-meth. You'll find just as much Chlorine all over the rings as well, and even more stupid user's telling you, "it's great!" So what next, 4-CA? When you take an impure chemical, and ask a drug addict what it does, you wind up with falsely attributed pharmacodynamics. And then even stupider chemist's wind up using these erroneous attributes to build a new remedy which result's in commercials like 1 800 BAD DRUG.

@@danemathews4037 There is no single official IQ test, but Wechsler (WAIS) and Stanford-Binet are most cited. The highest possible score would depend on when you took it.
Of recent tests, WAIS-IV Extended Scale (2014) tops out at 210, WAIS-V may be higher. SB5 Extended Scores (2003) goes to 225.
I probably don't have to tell you that America is unique in its level of diversity among developed countries (though at this rate, Western Europe will catch up). With more than a full standard deviation (>15 IQ points) separating the racial averages, it would be more meaningful to compare equivalent racial/ethnic groups in each country to one another. Dutch Americans to Dutch Netherlanders, African Americans to African Netherlanders and so forth.

I’ve been clean & sober for 11 years now but I’m still mesmerized by this channel. Probably not the best idea, because researching drugs would ordinarily be a relapse signal. One of my fellow recovering addicts would be squirming in his seat right now and he’d be high just watching this. It’s true, your brain can start to mimic the symptoms just with the mention of a drug.
However I’m always on guard for these meds dispensed. Some older guys would say:
“Watching a drug show discussing the effects is like the guy who keeps going to the barbershop to see his pals. If you keep going to the barbershop you’ll wind up with a haircut”. #Grace

The high sounds fun but I don't fuck with heart attack drugs. I've been unintentionally high on amphetamine before and I had a good day but I'll take that experience as a memory and not do it again, and I don't encourage anyone else to mess with these uppers even once. Be good to your heart, it keeps you alive.

What's the reason for psychodelics being a risky combination? I see that they are also mentioned as a risky combination in your amphetamine video but not the MDMA one, what's the pharmacological difference there?
Not all psychedelics are necessarily an issue, but more stimulating ones may be best off avoiding. It's a somewhat tricky area since the classes, depending on the drugs, can boost cardiovascular risk and seizure potential.
My mate had acid tab and shot of meth and lost his mind for a couple days proper. Like dream/nightmare level psychosis. I guess opening the door and for receptors and also releasing more dopamine/serotonin at the same time.
I had a very experienced drug using friend of mine rake mama and mushrooms at the same time and ended up in the e.r. it was so intense. They gave him Valium and he was completely sober in 4 min .
What about its after effects. What other baggage might it carry?

Interesting but I had to much or a dodgy batch of this thinking it was normal fet as a kid age 15 and nearly over dosed in a bad way coming up then down then up then down for hours and had psychosis for 3months and had to stay in my room till I was normal again be careful and know what your taking?
I absolutely love this channel. The educational purposes of this channel are top notch. Much better than the other drug channels which treat personal anecdotes as scientific research.
Does TDC have a FAQ or a background on Seth? I get that he is 20, but why does he commit to learning all of this information? Is it for school or personal interest? Does he go to school or work outside of this channel?

There's no background I can really link to. I've yet to write anything up (and there's not much to say.) Short story is that I've had an interest in drugs since ~10 years old. Over time that's become a historical and scientific interest.
Though I was enrolled in university for a short time, I've opted not to pursue a degree in any particular field, but rather create a self-education plan with various textbooks and other sources of info. My primary interests are in pharmacology, neurochemistry, physiology, toxicology, and ethnopharmacology/botany.
I only know 0.01% of what there is to know, but I plan on growing that knowledge to the best of my ability, partly due to my desire to improve drug education.
Currently I split my time between TDC and journalism (tech/business, not science). I've been reducing my journalism work to focus on drug education and I hope to eventually make TDC my full-time project.

Just curious because I'm prescribed them and I can barely tell I take anything, I just get calmed and relaxed by them and it quites my mind that's usually naturally all over the place. I swear my brain is definitely different because people say they get stimulated from Dexedrine but I don't really feel anything. I know what taking MDMA or IV crystal and IV heroin feels like so I once in the past really understood the feeling of when substances kicked in. Those days were 8 yrs ago. Now I have legitimate ADHD treatment after proving my self control abilities with staying sober and I'm just curious if Maybe my gastroparesis meds (metoclopramide (Reglan) ) is the medicine and I wonder if that plays any part in the fact I don't really feel my Dexedrine? Or Dexedrine just calms me instead of anything else?

@@nathangarland9453 I did see videos on that and that's what really messes with my head even more because I literally feel like I swear this medicine does not effect me the same as it does others. I can sleep just fine on it, I get no rush, I get no energy, I get chilled out a bit if anything but it mostly just helps me in ways that aren't super noticeable and long term I realized that I like that because I didn't want to come off like I was all amped up tweekin when starting treatment so I was surprised it effects me how it does especially if you go read up all about it and people's personal experiences with it. I feel like a outlier and maybe I metabolize it different or im wired different or something so that might be what's causing unique medicinal properties for me then others. (Last example: I could never use this as a narcolepsy treatment, I'd be falling asleep all the time because it doesn't wake me up at all, I would have to find a compound that does jump start my drive and energy. Not sure.) BTW I think that German story is super facinating and I've always been obsessed with learning about that aspect of the war once I learned about that.

yeah my experience wasn't like what the video said. sub 50mg doses felt more like the same dose of amphetamine than like MDMA, but around 80-100mg is where it felt more like MDMA, if you took MDMA and amphetamine together.

Question: Since 4-FA works on serotonergic receptors, if one were to take a dose of 4-FA then say two weeks later take MDMA, how reduced would the MDMA experience be?
Not significantly, you just wouldn't want to make a habit out of that kind of use.
Quit looking for a loop hole. NO you cannot switch between amphetamines expecting there to be no cross tolerance. The only way you can use amphetamines and not grow tolerance is to use antipsychotic medication. Ask any schizoaffective homeless person if they’d rather be homeless, or if they’d rather have a home but take their meds (yes, antipsychotics suck that bad, they’re the opposite of amphetamines)

3,4 fluoroamphetamine and the methyl amphetamine analog would have effects extremely similar to MDA and MDMA respectively, but would have a longer biological halflife.

No, substances containing fluorine substitutions don’t inherently have the same properties as fluoride/fluorine exposure.
What does stimulation mean
I have ADD and I have tried methyfoldate but it made me feel like shit afterwards like I was constantly angry it would be cool if they researched this and it turned out it was safe at smaller doses that help with ADD/ADHD

Imo its like a weaker mdma but without the psychedelic effects. You may have to take a little more than mdma, for me 160mg is around the same as 110mg of crystal mdma. Also, ime the crash is worse than mdma (but i dont ever have crashes/hangovers from mdma), but i feel back to normal the next day. Its fun and its something you can use in between rolls if you cant wait a couple months between mdma rolls. Like use mdma once every 3 months, then roll 2 times on this the other months, it still does effect serotonin though so even if you use it in between mdma itll effect the experience slightly.

Doesn't the fluorine bond create trace fluorine accumulation hence.. toxicity in humans such as many anti psychotic meds now found to be poison from the half life FL : due to the reduction/production process (fluorine creates major heart-electrical inconsistencies;fact). Thanks for the great vid.

3:00 AM Mixing it is highly neurotoxic and will cause quite a bit of brain damage. Besides that it’s a waste of both since mixing it will not make you feel euforic like the mdma normally does and only make you vague. Like massive brain fog vague.
