Roger ON is great. I find table mode good at restaurants when we are all seated around a table, with a lot of background noise. At meetings the table is long, so discreetly pointing Roger ON at the person speaking works best for me. I will say the voices from Roger ON are very metallic/tinny sounding, so somewhat unpleasant, but that is better than not hearing the person speaking.
