Thank you for this video. I have tried to share the sound of my iPad and couldn’t get it to disconnect from my hearing aids. You have given me a solution. Thank you. I’ll be looking for more of your videos. Most helpful.

Bryce, thanks for putting this video up for us to see. I have Paradise 50's and have paired them with my Samsung TV and after I watched your video I worked at pairing them with my MacBook Pro computer. I opened the bluetooth pairing option on the Mac and took the HA's from their charging case. The right HA paired in just a few seconds but the left one did not show up as paired and although I tried several time it still did not show up. When I clicked on the "connect" icon for the Right HA and started your video again, both HA's were playing. This seems rather odd but if it works that's what counts for me. I also found I had to turn the computer volume way up in order to get the sound to a reasonable level in the HA's. Thanks again for your informative video.

Loved this video! Very well presented. I'm having trouble trying to connect my PhonAks to my Samsung TV as well as (and more importantly) my computer. Is there a video on how to do that?

Thank you for the video explaining how to disconnect from one streaming device to another. I have a tablet that I use for work and my phone. Last night the hearing aids kept jumping between both and there was no phone call going on at the time. It will be easier to disconnect each device when I don't want to listen it. It would be nice if the hearing aids could do this automatically but then again it would probably drive me crazier.......Thanks

I appreciate all of the videos that you have uploaded. They are detailed and provide great insight. I do have a question about Bluetooth+Mic connectivity. When I go the gym I like watch Netflix or Amazon videos while I use Elliptical or treadmill. When I start a video in Netlflix or Amazon the audio is streamed but I can't mute the Bluetooth setting so that the Mic is turned off. The surrounding gym noise disrupts my viewing. I've tried to pause the video and go the Phonak App to mute the Bluetooth Mic, but it immediately resets back to on when I return to Netlfix or Amazon videos. Any thoughts on how I can get the MIC mute to be turned off while using these two streaming services.

Bryce, thank you for your excellent video. My husband has my phonak Audeo M 90 R model hearing aids. The issue that he has is when another bluetooth device is on - for example a bluetooth speaker- the content will pair to his hearing aids as he walks by or is in the room. Is there any way to prevent this from happening? Other bluetooth devices are constantly connecting to his hearing aids without him doing anything. It can be very frustrating for him. If he leaves the room and someone has called on his iphone, the call will switch to his hearing aids. Is there any way to get this to stop? Thanks so so much. You are a life saver.

Is there a way to reset all Bluetooth connections? I have the Lumity hearing aids and it appears that the 2 devices that the hearing aids choose to be the connections I can use at the same time, one of those was the old iPhone I traded in. Can we remove one of the 8 or reset all the connections and start over?

Do you know how to actually stop the hearing aids emitting bluetooth when they are just being used normally for day to day hearing when there is no desire to connect to a mobile or smart device?

I'm currently trialing a set of phonak paradise 30, not very happy with the fact when you take them out the the charger each morning they default to Automatic not back to the program they were set at when put in the charger. When I touch my Samsung S10 it again defaults to automatic not my select program music. When I get a phone call,, it again changes back to auto. Not happy and if the supplier can't set it the way I want. They can have them back.

Thankyou for this video but I’m still confused… what is R-phonak hearing aid Bluetooth for? I have phonak naida P90 up and my hearing aids are connected to iPhone but I saw three Bluetooth which is LE-L and LE-R hearing aid. Can you tell me what is R-phonak hearing aids for and when to use it.

    • @stvrtoo

He said, LE-x is only for MyPhonak app. For streaming audio is only that R-Phonak. And its one of them (mostly the right one) who must be turned ON and only that one is connected to the device (phone, etc). The other one aid gets audio streamed by the main aid. Your audiologist can switch the main aid, if you need it. But in my opinion, its crap, cause that means that you MUST use both or at least one aid - on that side. You cannot make that ear rest and use it on other ear.

I had that happen and my audiologist was able to reset them. She needed both to connect them to each other.

My iPhone connected to my paradise 90s has the volume slowly fluctuate. It can go up and down throughout a song. Volume slowly changes over a few seconds. Advice. Drives me crazy
