Are we sure he was supposed to have that move? It looks a lot like a Marshall Law or Chaolan move.

Pretty sure it's a glitch. It was fixed in the console and the later arcade version.
Bruce was an absolute beast in Tekken 2.
He is literally a beast (ogre) in Tekken 3.
Except I would knock him out with one punch In real life. Hopefully TH-cam doesn't ban this comment

In Version A of Tekken 2, Bruce had an attack that was not in any other game: d+4,3, which was a right low kick into a left mid kick, similar to the last two hits of his 1,2,d+4,3 move.

EDIT: Just in retrospect, this d+4, 3 has to be one of the most broken lows of all time. If I recall it's 15 frames, on hit you get 37 damage with maybe a guaranteed run-up low (life is 110 in this game), on block you have to block the mid extension (idk if it's unsafe, but if there's a consistent punish you can probably nail him). And it hits grounded for if i calculate correctly 27 damage. Still less broken standalone than as a jab string extension, and definitely not busted like the double knee infinite juggle.

That knee strike is so strong it makes characters not fighting sound off in pain.
literally if you know Bruce's entire move list it will be lethal
Bruce is so broken in this game. His 1, 2, d+4, 3 and his 2, d+4, 3 give you the low and mid kick guaranteed if you block the jabs lol. 40% damage on BLOCK from a jab.
Loved playing as him in this game. He was very overpowered.
I hope Bruce Irvin will be revealed at Combo Breaker Illinois USA on May 26-28

Bruce was so broken in T2 that some tournaments in Korea soft-banned him.

I think it's a disaster where the hits is reset. and Nina/Anna also becomes d4, 1 infinity is possible.

Bruce’s d4,3 would scoop you off of the ground guaranteed, it was ridiculous. Hes was easily top 3 in the game.
He is probably even top 1
What's the difference between the version A & other's?
Version A is unbelivably more broken than Version B, PS1 is based on Version B
From what I can tell, Bruce is severely more stupid, Jun has an infinite, alongside very bad balancing in general for Version A

In ver.A Bruce when using the 1+3 throw, this causes a sound glitch against the opponent, who will use another character's voice half way through. 🤖

오로지 버전 A에서만 있는 기술이라 버전 B랑 PS판은 없는 기술입니다. 😅 지금에야 RP 2RK LK 기술만이 남아있지만 이 시절에는 RP만 없어졌지 로하이의 성능은 살아있기에 그냥 남발해도 될 정도로 데미지와 판정도 강력합니다.

철권2 브루스는 무한도 있고 여러 부분에서 버그도 많고 어마어마했었구나 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
철권 5.0의 스티브 처럼 캐릭 자체가 버그라고 할 수 있는데, 나중에 버전 B에서는 그나마 밸런스를 "맞췄다" 고 볼 수 있습니다. 참고로 브루스 뿐만 아니라 니나/안나도 이 시절 "2RK LP" 를 무한으로 맞출 수 있습니다. 🙃

2 니나 목소리랑 태그1 언노운 목소리랑 비슷한거 같네요... 같은 성우 아니죠?
실제로 태그 1에서 철권 1~2때 니나/안나 목소리로 때우긴 했습니다. 엔젤, 언노운 이 두 명은 개발진이 잔존 해 있던 철권 2의 목소리 데이터가 남아있기 때문에 그걸로 갖다 쓴 거 같아요 🤭 실제 아케이드 철권 3 게임 내부에 철권 1~2의 니나/안나 목소리가 들어가 있습니다.
