This video gave me so many good gift ideas! You should really make a video on gift ideas alone, and then seperate it into mom, dad, siblings, men, women etc.! That'd be a huge help! (Not just christmas gifts, but all kinds of all year round gifts)
i made all of these really cute heart granny squares for a balaclava project like.. last fall, and as I started to sew it together I realized how much I hated it 😭 so my super cute granny squares have just been sitting in a pile for like almost a year. i just rediscovered them and I was thinking like.. what tf else could I turn these into, and then u posted this vid!! somehow u always know exactly what I need lol
Iʻve had a similar experience where I miscalculated the grid/the size of my squares of this dope Spider-man blanket I was planning for a previous partner. If I had kept with the OG plan the "blanket" would cover the ground of those tiny houses, maybe two. I quit making when I realized it wasnʻt gunna work out (just like the relationship) and gave away a large portion. I still have two containers of palm sized squares just chillin, a small square already sewn, and a pattern of the grid with all calculations from it all. And many lessons. Itʻs been well over 5 years since I made them tho 😅
omg the subscriber blanket is the best idea of all, i don't know how expensive it will be but if it's affordable i'll send u my granny square from spain

something I've seen done is a full office/gaming chair cover with granny squares! I so badly want to do that in the future, it's such a cute idea and a good way to have a cute chair for my at home office without having to get a whole new chair that's probably bad quality just for the aesthetics lol. my current chair is just black and it doesn't fit my room aesthetic at all.

I made like 50 different granny squares and they are all a bit random and all different sizes. IDK what to do with them all and I was hoping to make some into something to sell but they are not big enough for blankets. if anyone has any advice it will be welcomed ( awesome video btw)
I love the broomstick stitch but do not like doing 200 stitches for each row. What I did was make a big rectangle of broomstick stitch. Then granny squared around it. Do you count that as a granny square? Please let me know thank you.

find an amigurumi pattern and only do the head. It becomes a very morbid pincushion, would recommend.
