I have slightly edited the Bouffalant list since the recording of this video. Take out the Giovanni's Rizz and add 4th catcher, tomb, or a milling Pokemon
Why do you feel there’s no need for the Gio Rizz? In my head it helps to accelerate bouff and really hurt an opposing Tina
Most of the decks bouf is best vs can't really gust early and gio rizz doesn't really hurt the Tina player. They don't want to lost impact the bouf anyway so putting energy back in the hand kinda helps them. Its really hard to have bouff 2 energy and rizz in hand all at once a lot of the time

What are your thoughts on playing a PAL Luxray with Reversal Energy post rotation? Also what is your thought on replacing Stormy Mountains post rotation? More ball search to guarantee Rotom? Also how to replace Peonia? Daisy and Phone seem like a bad replacement.
In my current rough draft post rotation list I have luxray, more ball search, and daisy + phone

Yeah the concepts should remain similar. Luxray, especially with hero cape, is way too good to not play
