Definitely not S-tier vs squids, i'd say A or B+. It's only effective at certain distance and performs best on open maps, preferably against slow enemies. So yeah, bots on Choohe should be afraid
It reliably onetaps Overseers, though you need an alternative answer to Tripods. Given that it's the one weapon that I've found feasibly _can_ handle Overseers with such ease, it's probably got a permanent spot in my squid loadout. Sickle for chaff and shield busting, probably rocket sentry for tripods, toss in gas and your choice of 380 or walking, sounds like a helluva loadout to me.
@@irradiatedslagheap7933 It's only two full magdrops vs a tripod, which is quite quick in all honesty. Not very ammo efficient honestly but it's good enough.
What if he had a mic connected all this time, and it was actually recording audio too? What if he was just very silent up until now and he just says “fuck” or something in a video and never talks again? Anyway see you next video Sarge
The unfortunate thing with modifiers is when the game released we had a few unique ones that the community had hated and were subsequently removed. I think we’ll see more trickle in slowly with new M.Os and story driven objectives
I Think the reason was shots miss is because you have to stay locked on till it lands for guidance . mine never missedthe flying guys . but i tested it on medium difficulty lol maybe its different on other difficulties? this was great gameplay i enjoyed every minute! i only had enough super creds to buy the helghan helmet tho lol
The only thing I wish for it is a slightly larger ammo stock, and the ability to target smaller enemies with the secondary mortar-mode. It would be cool if they changed the lock on for that mode to a small area that you can see and fire at. That way, you wouldn't need to rely on an elite enemy being near a small swarm to utilize it.
Looks like it could be good but also seems like its designed more for small enemies than big, so imagine if it could lock on as many enemies as you have shots in a mag then fire on all of them at once
I reall enjoy the W.A.S.P as a free call-in, it just eats the Overseers alive and can pick them off and comical ranges while letting me use EATs as well but once it becomes something you have to slot into loadout it'll be a hard sell. Do still want to try it against bots though.
as a person who hates strategems with backpacks I found it not too terrible. the homing is very inconsistent and i dont mean locking on per say, I mean in where it lands . In my testing, one moment I can send a Volley of these rockets into a harvester and it drops instantly, another time and it eats them all like they were candy. great little bit of kit but I'll stick to my Quasar Cannon
Cant wait to run this thing around more places I think the tracking needs a bit of a buff, its odd trajectory has caused it to miss an absurd amount of shots on elevated overseers for me, and its unpredictable whether it goes up, or left/right, meaning you need to be a bit open for it to function I find it works decently against harvesters too, not a top pick by any meaning but only needing to burst like 2 maybe 3 mags into them is pretty good all things considered
It's being deployed with every helldiver that's playing right now. It's not a stratagem you can own, but they'll probably let you keep it in the future
i think it's a more of a spear lockon with auto canon qol clip size and damage. grenade launcher can't kill tripods. trades the time wasted aiming a heavy weapon and waiting for recoil for a consistent results to remove the enemies that water time to remove, very useful for this faction cause you are chased all the time. but the backpack slot and poor close range are definitely reasons you don't always pick it but send optimized perfectly for this faction, most support weapons seem out of place here without other combinations to help them
As a GL main, try hitting Elevated Overseers or Watchers at any significant range with a GL. I’d rather repeatedly step on lego bricks. Also the GL does nothing to Harvesters.
Yeah would be better if it had a buttload more ammo, I'm willing to bet it's only AP4 and won't outclass Autocannon anyway because of the stricter range you have to use it.
I haven't found it useful on illuminates. I bet it's pretty decent on bots though

I think you need to hope for it to hit harvesters leg weak points for it to be able to take them out well
I think it can take out tripod shields in one burst, need to test it though. I'll come back later and let y'all know.
Dang, I was on the edge of my seat that whole run, lol. Nicely done! Always love to see your gameplay.
Any time there's a new Sarge video, I'm here for it
I'm liking this daily drop
Sarge hitting that throttle initially in the whip goes hard AF
Bitch I got places to be 😂
This weapon is really fun to use. Satisfaction against the Squids, especially for easily neutralizing all the floaters.

I just completed a game with this build. Solo but with deaths. Its great!
I personally think the game could do with more varried modifiers for weather and individual areas of planets. Break up the monotony a bit or sothing

I do agree though
@@TIMOSTERRORSWhich ones? I bought the game quite recently, but I did get to play on the horrible fire tornado world

the wasp is just a mini spear launcher with adhd because the missiles just go all over the place instead of going straight to the target.

How are you liking urban style combat, Sarge?
I want it for bots and bugs too
I love it

just wondering if your gonna test out the assault rifle (yes thats its name, stupid ik) and/or the new armor passive
Wait whys that stupid?
Why? it is just a liberator with a new skin
@TheWayabo yeah 😔
@TheWayabo and for 615?!!!???
Cant wait to run this thing around more places

If only it didn't need backpack...
Flying with jump pack and launching swarms of rockets would be so cool
Not the best support weapon could be better if it could damage heavies consistently, but the sound effects kinda slaps hard.
Next time using machine gun drone, it headshots minions on each fire.
i would have given up on the seaf artillery so much sooner
It’s currently a good replacement for the amr until they fix the aim in bug. After that this thing will kinda be obsolete.
The prices don't make sense at all 6$ for a single weapon but 10 for multiple weapons and stratagem, and 3$ of super credits
r we allow to buy this on ship?
Probably later the week. Can’t guarantee if we require requisition or super credits. I hope not the latter.
I don’t get why they never just add them as stratagems you can get from the ship
This update was going so well, until Sony decided to release overpriced items in the Superstore instead of letting them be in a separate warbond...
They need to compensate for the concord's 400mill fail
no ones forcing you to buy it
@@adamporter3402 That's not an excuse and you know it.
@@adamporter3402why do you white knight for a corpo that would gladly piss on your grave? what do you get out of it? does it make you feel good?

As long as they keep the cosmetics smth militarized then it’s cool
