I'm surprised by how well this works. All you need now is a safety cover and a blade guide mechanism and you're all set!

Great job, yes! Yet, I would place a safety frame around the not used part oh the band and some bearing system to stabilize the band when cutting.
I got a bandsaw at Harbor Freight for $59. But you did a good job on that....

Looks good but it's scary at 6:24 when he pushed the wood against the blade and the blade belt moves back around the wheels towards the structure of the machine. I think that with just a bit more of pushing it could get off of the wheels and harm the operator. It would help if there was guards around the blade. I had an accident once with a small band saw so I can say that this is not a harmless machine. When the blade breaks (mine broke once while in operation) it doesn't use whip or so, but I wouldn't take my chances.

You forgot the guides to keep the band in place while cutting. Three bearings under the table and other 3 over. This last with high adjust.

If the blade breaks, which does happen with band saws, there are no safety guards to protect you!

Not being one to play internet safety cop, usually flame them but in this case an exception. That blade moves back a lot over the wheels when it is under load. That blade comes off or snaps you are going to have an angry rattlesnake inches from your fingers.
I just posted a message right above yours mentioning exactly this. And I didn't have saw your message by then. It can be clearly noticed at 6:24. Scary.

Üst kasnağın arkasından taktığım vida ayar vidası. Testerenin gerilmesiyle üst kasnak ve bağlı olduğu küçük hareketli blok aşağı doğru bir açı yapar (özellikle blok ve blok yuvası arasında 2mm kadar boşluk bırakıp bu açının oluşmasını sağlamalısınızki ayar yapabilesiniz) bu vida içerideki bloğu iterek kasnağın açısal olarak ayarlanmasını sağlar. Bu ayarı yapamadığınızda şerit birkaç tur dönmeden atar.

your bandsaw seems very dangerous: you did no protection and no retention for the blade: if it slips out from the wheel it can cut your fingers
