This looks pretty yummy. Since we dont use bay leaves much here....I dont know what that adds to the recipe. but, it looks pretty good for weeknights.

Thank you 😊! From what I understand, bay leaves add a bepth of flavour and help enhance the flavour of the other ingredients. They are always removed before serving, as they are a choking hazard.
