I may actually get that book when I pass my exam. Still have 5 classes left before I schedule it. Very excited and confident I will only need to take it once! 😊I’m almost 46 and I have someone willing to take me onto their team and mentor me. They had someone help them and she said it’s the best thing she ever did and wished it had been sooner in her life. She’s also 45. I trust her and am looking forward to learning everything! 🎉
Jonathan, I passed the AZ Real Estate test today. It was 200 questions, I saw so many questions I never heard of. It was a solid guess on 25% of the questions. Definitely the hardest test ive taken since advanced economics. Thanks for the videos. You and others helped so much. I am looking forward to seeing your latest stuff! I owe you lunch next time you are in Kingman, AZ.
Failure is definitely not an option for me. This has been my dream for 20 years and I feel like I should’ve done it sooner. I am definitely looking into getting that book you wrote.
