Glad to be able to help with the research and educate the students. I was overjoyed to see the students engaged and asking questions, and everyone got some safe hands on time to make some memories
This is what conservation is you guys were educating the public while trying to figure out what the state is of the Suwannee alligator snapping turtle population,
Enjoyed the video very much. Some guys sure have a "unique" sense of what's "fun" and "exciting"!!! I have the privilege of knowing Dirk and over the years he has educated me on many different snake and turtle species as every time I come across some reptile here on our plantation in southeast Georgia I snap a photo and send it off to Dirk and eventually and when he can he responds with info and details about what I came across. One of my first experiences with Dirk was searching for Eastern Indigo snakes on sand hills. It was a long day with no success until close to the very end of the day when I spotted one outside a gopher tortoise nest and Dirk was able to get a hand on him. It was an amazing experience indeed!!
I love Snappers especially my Common Snapping Turtle "Seven" kid is 10 months old and 7in long. I think I'm going to have quite a very large Kid on my hands. Child already dwarfs most 2 year old capture Snappers. 🥰 Proud papa 🥰
I want you to come to western Kentucky. Please. Show us the ropes. How it’s done properly. Another great vid. You just do things the way they should be done. I’ve saved 2 common snapping turtles already from busy roads. Thanks. You’re doing a great job.
Incredible video! I've been trying to expand my knowledge of herping for a very long time, and I find informative videos are hard to find. This is definitely a big help and inspiration for me. Happy herping!
Awesome Video, I just uploaded a video of a crazy little snapping turtle that was chasing my cousins rubber worm up on the bank, we weren’t gonna hook him, just getting a closer look, I grabbed his slippery little ass but didn’t get it on video, I’m gonna make me a turtle trap soon to see what I catch, Thanks For Sharing🐢
Bee Yoo tee fulll. I would love to live there. Unfortunately it's in America. CEASPOOL America. Great turtles is all America is good for. Nothing else.
ok ok ok i see your guys are doing what your sapost to thats good i hate when people take turlte out of there homes just so they can bread them and sell them to make money so they dont have to find a real job scumbags loosers anyways so im glad to see and hear your guys are the good ones thank you for doing what you do and keep doing what you do best also i bet you wouldnt be doing all this if they didnt offer you money lol
