A visual guide to Paul's first missionary journey in the book of Acts. Come with us to explore the people and places Paul experienced on his first trip.
Great explanation. I am teaching a precepts class on Romans and this gives a great outline to give the students a backdrop of Paul's missionary journeys. Very informative. Thank you.
Hi, David! You did a great video on Paul's first missionary journey. Any progress towards the publication of the next video on Paul's second missionary journey?
How do you believe one would be received if he/she were to follow in the footsteps of St. Paul and spread the word of Christ throughout a large portion of the world?
There is a historical error in this video. You state that the port of Salamis on the island of Cyprus was the location where a coalition of Greek soldiers, led by the Spartans and their king Leonidas, held off the advancing Persian army in 480 B.C. In fact the Spartans held off the Greeks at Thermopylae on the other side of the Aegean. The Battle of Salamis occurred off the island of the same name near Athens (not Cyprus) and was fought by the Athenian, not Spartan, navy led by Themistocles.
Robert I have no problem answering your question. If Jesus were black I would indeed still worship him. Race is not important. He is the son of God, the creator of the universe and I love him because he loved me enough to die in my place. Color or race is irrelevant to that. But Jesus was not European nor Black. He was a middle-eastern Hebrew (a Jew). We know this as a fact because we have a detailed lineage provided in Matthew 1 and Luke 3. He was part of the Jewish race. Most likely he would've had an arabic skin coloration like most other middle-eastern Jews. The passage you refer to in the Revelation is symbolic. It says His "head and hair were white like wool, white as snow" and his feet were like "fine brass" as if burned in a furnace. These are symbols for purity about his head and refined judgment in his feet. These are not indicative of his physical appearance. Remember it also says, he was holding stars, flames were coming out of his eyes, and a sword was coming from his mouth. These are symbols.
I have a question of truth for all.....why do people gave an image of a European man betraying as the Savoir, Yeshua is Black, read Revelation 1:15-20.,will you still worship Him?
I have a question for all people of truth. Why do majority of people have an image of a European man as the Savoir (false) ,Yeshua is Black read Revelation 1:15-20,was you still worship Him truely?
This has truely been a great blessings for me. God bless you and your ministry!

Nice Video! One correction though, the Salamis where the Greeks beat the Persians is in Greece near Athens, not in Cyprus.
Thanks! You are absolutely correct. One of these days I'll get around to annotating the error in the video. God bless you!

The sword coming out of His mouth is 'the sword of the Spirit, the word of God'.

Yeshua is not black. Nor is he a white European. He is a Hebrew and would have a skin tone like most other middle eastern Jews.
Really bad reading. Mechanical, monotone and whispering. ???
