I was struggling exactly like you to insert the brake pin back into the master cylinder flexible rubber boot hole, Untill my mechanic told me the outer fixed rubber ring attached to the master cylinder (seen @4:27) can be slowly pried out, from inside, using a micro flat screwdriver (by inserting it through the flexible rubber boot hole). Once the outer rubber ring is pried out it, was just a piece of cake to assemble the flexible rubber boot back onto the brake pin itself, away from the bike. Leaving the comment here so that it will be helpful for others in future. Thanks.👍
Easiest way to seperate the piece that pushed on the master cylinder: push out the bushing and seperate the two pieces of the lever. Use a couple sockets and a bench vise... no prying necessary, and no chance of damaging it.
JBellz they want on super easy no problems. I like them just as much as the high-dollar levers that you can buy for a fraction of the price can't beat it everybody Raves about them when they see the bike
Thanks for posting this. I've got a 2016 Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 factory and bought the same levers. Brake lever was the same as yours but the clutch lever has an additional threaded cable security nut feature on the opposite side of the adjuster at the handle, had to install like you did then put that cable security nut on after I got the lever on it's pivot. Thanks again.
JBellz Central Florida...over winter park/Oviedo side. Just picked up ‘17 rsv4 myself last month so enjoying the content ...once it stops raining and my exhaust and first service are done m heading out with cfmc crew one day
Nice looking levers bro 👌 I’m a new Aprillia RSV4 RR owner had it just over a week. Ive ordered some Lightech Alien levers with the red custom inserts can’t wait for them to get delivered hopefully this week 🙏🏻. Love your videos and tips 👌Adam uk 🏴
that's the reason, when you asked about the colors for powder coat on the wheels I thought the white with the Green and red pin stripes would be a winner
Nice, I did same thing accept I put red and chrome on right and green and chrome on left so it's same as flag and matches the front. they are as good as any expensive ones imo.
I replaced with ASV levers 2021 Tuono V4 and now my cruise control will not come on. With the ASV's, you cannot reuse the plunger on the front brake, but it is replaced with one supplied by ASV. Any ideas? The brake light is not on when not squeezing the lever.
Yeah I'm loving these levers. Fuck what they cost. Lever installs are easy but apparently for a lot of people easy to fuck up haha. I have seen many install wrong and either have their front brake lock up or they burn their clutch out smh lol it's incredible how careless some can be with the easier tasks.
Thanks for the helpful vid....Can you please advise me on how to remove the Black "Barrel & Pushrod" from the Front Brake Lever to reuse on the new lever, You had some trouble with it but cut out the footage of how you actually got it out. For the Life of me I cannot get it off the lever!! Any help is appreciate as I really hoping to ride in the morning
In case anyone else runs into this I finally figured out that with a punch pin and some force you can remove the bushing from the OEM and separate the it into 2 pieces & out pops the Barrel and pushrod
Good for you when you do not need street legal stuff. Here in Germany you will be in trouble if the police stops you and checking the parts if they are street legal or not.
Hey do you have problems with lock you’re front brake and QS System on the clutch side with this levers Because I just ordered MZS levers for my 2018 RSV4 RR Thank you for you’re tutorials video man 😎
I like the Pazzo levers and thank you for supporting the Canadian economy we appreciate it. If you didn't know they're made in Canada lol. I was tempted to buy them but I went with the Puig extendable and folding levers. It's all personal preference. I like extendable because I like my clutch lever longer than my brake lever lol.
Awesome instructional vid, have you noticed any problems with the quick shifter since the clutch lever install? I’ve been reading a lot about that micro switch being a real bitch after installing aftermarket levers

Awesome RSV4 !!!! The greatest customization even done!!! Great job man!!! =D
Awesome looking levers
I have the same exact levers bought them six months ago absolutely love them so far color has not faded... not not bad for $30 shipped
jpolhamus71 sweet! I had to adjust the master cylinder slider pin a bit, but now it feels just as good as the best from Brembo.

great videos buddy! I just ordered the triple color to match my aprilia rsv4.....Keep the videos coming.
It's all good, you keep repeating it's so easy, but for people who do not know is great help.

Thx for the video, piece of cake! 👍👍
Nice. Cheap but nice and diferent. But anyway they are made of good material.
Really nice, where can you buy them? The link doesn't seem to work anymore.
Good video and I have same bike freaking love it

Just ordered these...I wonder if they will make riding more comfortable for me and my tiny hands...we shall see.

Love the Italia colors who care how much they cost
Where did you get these from? I just joined the Aprilia family and want to get rid of the stock ones.
Will these levers fit my 2018 Tuono 1100 RR??? these are exactly what I was thinking of for an upgrade to the stock levers
Ash Pardy yes
@@JBellz Thanks..I ordered them...I think they will look slick!!

MotoBike Mike that’s why it’s never too repetitive for a good tutorial lol
Hi, could you let me know what tank pad you are using? It looks really nice. Thanks.
Pascal Rutten the Aprilia tank pad from af1
JBellz thanks, ordered it at af1 as well!

Doug M3 I just grabbed the cylinder with pliers and pryed it out

Thanks for the video I just did mine
I got a mv and then levers would look sick on it. What make are they?
Nani Bahra eBay
JBellz thanks bud
I never understood why people spend $400 on levers and those are the things that are first damaged. I completely agree with you!

@@stefanullmann1960 how tf can levers be legal for the road or not.
@@tuyenhoang5546 Because the brake lever is a security related part and it has to be street legal.
@@stefanullmann1960 damn sounds like north korea, not like Germany at all

Muitas de outras marcas são feitas na china...depois é só colocarem te o logo de uma marca e vendem se por o triplo do valor real😂
