Thank you so much for this video. I've been going to the chiropractor thinking it was my sciatica. I did a couple of the exercises and the one I found to be painful for my hamstring was the single RDL with the injured leg the non weight bearing leg.
thx again fot the helpful video.. but there is a question pls..for howlong should we do this excrcise .. 1 week or 2 or 1 month should be enough ... thx again ❤
If I’m able to do all these exercises including the advanced ones. Like you stated with no more than a level 4 pain being the highest. My injury was about 8 months ago now, but I am still not able to sprint or cut like I’d like to. I play football. I can run but like I said no burst at all.
Do you think I require surgery. Your patient pinpointed in one of your previous videos exactly where I still feel discomfort. The inner part of the hamstring right where the glutes meet the hammy.
@@Skills2821 Hey, I got the same problem. Work on strengthening those hamstrings as much as possible. Let me know if it gets better and if you're able to heal
Great video! Exactly what I needed for this dang pain lol Will be doing daily and hopefully getting back to my active self in not time. Thank you 😊

As shown, these exercises were started 3 weeks after the strain, so what was the treatment during 1st 3 weeks after injury?
Decreased running. Relative rest. NSAID's.
thank you
Thank u

They are safe to always do but you should see improvement in a couple weeks and can continue for 4-6 weeks

Let me know if these exercises are for simple hamstring? (mid of back thigh/mid of hamstring muscle)

I would see an orthopedic surgeon to see if it's a tear or avulsion and get some diagnostic imaging.
@@OrthoEvalPal 😩😢😢 I’m scared now lol but thank you.

I read stretching was bad for tendinitis/ tendonapathy. Stretching made my pain a lot worse.
1:52 sciatic nerve flossing
1:44 all other advice is to not stretch the hamstring if it’s injured 🤔
