Not 100% sure on this but the Fila 999 is one of the early 999R (Gen1) which came with the Red frame and Grey cast swingarm. Ducati later started shipping Gen1 999R with the black box swingarm. Front fairing is what tells it apart from Gen2. Interestingly it looks like it doesn't have magnesium headlight assembly but the early Gen1/999R didn't have magnesium valve covers either so maybe it makes sense!
