I love him since his first audition and he really need to be in a movie! The strong aura coming out from him when he perform is amazing. Even without speaking, he still has the powerful stage charisma.
My thoughts EXACTLTY!!!! I have been obsessiving over the idea of Aaron Crow playing Garret, the Master Thief in a live action movie of the game Thief, he looks ALOT like Garret and has a very similar attitude/ behavior like Garret (Dark, bruding, reserved and quiet).
what do you mean by " no trick" ? you think he shot an arrow throu an apple on someone head or you are saying that illusionism is an art ? in the first case you're wrong because that is plain stupidity, there is no way of shooting an arrom while standing on a moving platform with such precision, in the second one you would be wrong because that is a very old trick and the way he does it allows for someone that dont know it to actualy reakize how it's done...bad bad execution.... By the way.. you are wrong.
Three camera angles, three giveaways. 1. He releases the string of the bow, and either takes the arrow and hides it in his coat, or shoots it in an area nowhere near the target. 2. The apple is filled with a remote triggered spring, you can see him reach for his left arm and trigger the apple right as it "explodes". 3. an arrow is hidden in the target vertically along the black line that makes up the Y shaped bull's eye. It is also spring loaded to swing upwards. The strobe lighting is used to trick viewers into thinking this is an arrow that flew straight into the target. If you watch it over and over, you can see the arrow swing out and up from inside the target. -This is not a perfect shot that goes through a ring inside of an apple, and impales lands almost perfectly in the center of the target. - What it actually is, is a well timed, well rehearsed, and complicated set of steps that make the shot look real... which takes a lot of skill, without putting the volunteer in any sort of danger.
100% right dude, im with this guy. For all the people thinking "this" performance is real this guy has typed it all out to prove why its fake. I also knew it was fake (wit the palming etc.) so thanks for typing out what I was gunna type and for saving me some time :)
if you need any more reason to know that this is fake, do you honestly think that the insurance company behind this show would ever allow something like this to go on unless its 500% safe?
At 3:56 you can see him fire the arrow towards the ceiling (he even checks to see where it flew), then activate something in his pocket that triggers a device hidden in the plate to impact the apple which he pre-cut sending the bits flying (note the clean cut), and another arrow getting pulled up from a lining on the bottom side of the target. Also, as soon as he puts in the ring he takes it back out and pockets it, putting it back on at 4.22. Extremely nice work.
You're mostly right. He actually loads the ring INTO THE TARGET at 2:56 , when he hides the side of his body that removed the ring from the apple with the sheet he removed to reveal the target. does exactly as you said at 3:56.
If you pause a few times at 3:57 you can see the arrow pop up through the target (notice the vertical bounce?) Also note that he "places the ring in the apple" before positioning the target... this is so he can plant it on the pop up arrow.
MrLike nailed it. A few things... 1) Crow mistimed the trick, he was facing the audience. LOOK at his immediate reaction. He huffs in disgust, then tries to look around like it was part of the act. 2) For TV, the bright green arrow is a terrible concept. In slo mo and paused, it would be clear as day seeing that bright arrow flying across the stage. It didn't. 3) The green laser light is intended to disguise the fact that the green arrow was not released, by both appearing to be the arrow and distracting the audience to look forward so they don't see how it disappears into the bow. 4) An arrow could not possibly make a clean slice across an entire apple unless the tip was about the same size as the apple. Definitely a blade, not an explosion to do it. A shame the illusion was so obvious. Otherwise, a good premise.
It is an old trick, but he actually does it relatively well. But it is still painfully obvious if you know what to look for. His slight of hand is actually quite good though. And no, I don't think anybody here who is complaining about it could actually do it. Because even if they know how it is done, they would still need to practice - a lot.
+Emmanuel Goldstein i don't see any signs of slight of hand , the ring or at least A ring is inside the apple when he shoots the arrow , the arrow slides trough the apple the feathers of the arrow catch the ring or again A ring and he removes it , the only slight of hand i can figure is a second ring but that does not change the trick just lowers the risk? what are you seeing that i'm not? unless he loads a random cheap ring into the apple , and slides Amanda's on to the arrow while hes loading it? the feathers wouldn't allow it to fall off the back and from there all he has to do is hit the apple
@@11austin3100 if you slow it down to 1/4 speed and watch the target to the right side of the screen after he releases the arrow from.the bow ,on the target you can see an arrow fold up and out of the target revealing a hidden slit which it rotates up out of.
This guy is a great showman; he really knows what he is doing -- and I don't mean his archery is good. He is a great illusionist and knows how to hype his "aura of mystery". He really would make a great villain in a "super hero" movie,
Ring was on the arrow before it was fired. The apple was not in line with the target (off the the side), so his head was not in the line of fire. The apple some how had a device in the black board that split it when the arrow was fired.
What are you talking about? You saw Amanda give her engagement ring to Ant and Dec, who gave it to Aaron and we clearly watched him make a hole in the apple and show the hole and we watched him put the ring in the apple and put it on the tray on Dec's head. He held up the arrow as well and there was only one ring on there and you watched him put the ring on her finger. You watched the entire process in front of your eyes. And you can't say his performance was pre-arranged because the show is LIVE. The fact that you said "somehow" shows that you don't really know what you're talking about.
Becky Boulton The ring was already on the arrow when fired. "Some How" means there's a lot of ways to do it. I'm an electrical engineer. If I wanted a hole in an apple on demand, I'd buy $10 transceiver, use a squib, and put it all in the apple itself. There's no way a live show (with liability insurance and underwriting) is going to let someone fire an arrow at someone's head. It's called magic *tricks* for a reason.
This is a variety competition. This is Aaron's job! If your talent is shooting an apple off a guy's head so it can end up on a dart board (or chopping a pineapple in half off someone's head whilst blindfolded as demonstrated in his audition with Ant), then yes, you can take part in the show. Once on Britain's Got Talent a few years ago, there was a guy called Regurgitator who swallowed coins with numbers written on and then brought them back up in the order that the audience wanted. He then used an actual billiard ball to bring up the last one! Then, in the semi-final, he swallowed a real lightbulb and brought it back up again and then swallowed a locked padlock and key and Amanda's engagement ring and then managed to put Amanda's engagement ring into the padlock and lock it again! That shouldn't be allowed on live telly, but they do it anyway! Ant and Dec had to say beforehand that it can cause serious injury and even death.
1) He put the ring in his left hand. 2) He put the ring on the arrow when he adjusted the target. (The arrow is in the target stand.) 3) A cutter cut the apple from underneath. 4) The arrow swung out from the post.
dont get me wrong, i really like what he did there and in all his performances but still hes just a human and this is nice piece of illusion there. Cheers
Love his aura! He wasn't playing as intense as the first time...I do agree with Simon about the music...it could of been a lot better... but still , this guy should be in a suspense movie!

I think he came from final fantasy 😂😂😂
This act is absolutely stunning and flawless. I love his presentation as well.
I am so straight but I would go so gay for this man.

For me it was one of the best ever on BGT. Dangeorus, romantic, well made really. Strange comment of Simon.
not a single word, yet he is awing the world.
he doesn't speek when hes doing his performance. but he does after or before, hes not a zombie :)
plbpardo Just like Link from the legend of Zelda.
Maybe if he speak, I'm imagining like his voice it's like it's in helium hope not.
(Sorry for my bad English) 😎🤔
He’s Belgian if I recall. Maybe he doesn’t speak because he possibly has a Belgian accent?

It's great having marriage proposal like this.... wow..!!! :-)
I bet Simon only disliked this performance because of what Aaron did with Amanda..
Yeah ryt!... hahaha
+ the fact that one of the judges suggested that Simon be put in terrible danger !
I think the same, he was jealous
He does it again in AGT 2018. We have a video to explain it. th-cam.com/video/djrZ8R2-yLU/w-d-xo.html
I`ve saw him live, it´s an fantastic show!
OMG IT MUST OF BEEN SCARY

how did the apple get the movement forward though?
Thanks you ......
also no one has pointed out that the bow would never really be able to shoot an arrow. go look at a picture of a recurve bow

All the comments about Aaron is great especially being a movie star the man is feet and handsome anyways, from Nigeria here
"SIT DOWN DAVID!" "DAVID GET BACK IN YOUR CHAIR!" Lol
this is very amazing
Not a bad way to propose.
True
Aaron Crow must need the money because he's waaay too talented for AGT. This man has the skills of a Master.
This guy is fine yassssss lol. But when he put amandas ring back on i found out that he is a silent gentleman.
I Had To Replay This Like 10 Times!!! Was like WOW
If he was in a video game he would be OP.
...
even if it's fake, can you guys do what he's done? if not; i suggest you keep quiet and do something useful with your life
Solid bro😁
SYC 97 well... go on and enter BGT instead of being a keyboard warrior
O Fenemeno okay... get me some experts in faking ilusions that will prepare everything for me and i'll go. You're paying it, of course.
SYC 97 i assume you can study and get a PhD in astrophysics as well if someone pays your tuition fees?
O Fenemeno Yeah i could, but i'll pay that for myself. Since you doubt in your comment that i can do that fake ilusion, it's your obligation to pay.
Surely amazing..awesome....bravo
Simon didn't like the music ??? Wha???? What kind of comment is that ?
Ikr! It fit the performance perfectly
sara hatake Well it's the fact that this is not a music performance what so ever.
Do you know what is this for a Song ?
He needs to be in a movie.
amazing dude
