Hi, someone knows who to get the KIM KARDASHIAN shop concept? Where you click in SHOP and then you have 2 different options in to choose, like 2 different stores. Im trying, but the store of my bussiness appears in profile but as it is mine, i want that the shop appears in my profile but with the name of my bussiness nott my useername. Someone knows?

You will need an account to promote any of your products on Facebook or Instagram. You can read more about the requirements and setup here: shopify.link/MPbk. When it comes to domains, if you do not plan to have a storefront and you'll just be using social platforms to sell your products, then you do not need to buy a domain. Domains are used when you want to have a storefront and have customers go to your store to place orders. I suggest checking out this great article about social commerce so you can understand the process more: shopify.link/Npa8.
What are the shipping rates? Does Instagram give you an option to select a shipping rate per ounce or lbs.?
Hi, Flor! The shipping rates you set up in your Shopify admin will sync to Facebook & Instagram. You can set up rates within Shopify that are based on the order's weight. More information on setting up shipping rates can be found here: bit.ly/2WwyrlY. That being said, I recommend reading over this guide for more information on checking out with Instagram: bit.ly/3RlbDB3. For example, carrier-calculated shipping rates aren't available when customers check out on Instagram so that will be something to keep in mind.

Hey, I'm having trouble to add Instagram Shop. It says on Facebook Business "Items not showing". Do you know how can I fix that? Do I have to delete all the products and add them again from Shopify? Thanks!

When I tried to connect Instagram in shopify setting it’s says that ‘account is ineligible’. I can connect my Facebook shopping but not sure why Instagram won’t let me connect. Any suggestions?
Hi, there! When it comes to approvals for Instagram Shopping, this is something determined by Facebook/Instagram directly and Shopify doesn't have insight to the process. If there's an option to submit an appeal to Facebook, I recommend doing that first. If you've already submitted an appeal and haven't heard back yet, you can contact Facebook by following the steps on this page: bit.ly/3x125SH. What information does Facebook and Instagram have access to in your Shopify acct?
Hi, there! Great question. When you add the Facebook app bit.ly/3BhVN3M (or any app) to your store, a page will pop up telling you which permissions and information the app needs to access. In the case of the Facebook app, this includes accessing customer/store information and editing customer and store information. If you aren't comfortable with the required permissions, you can choose to not add the app to your store. You will need to have a Facebook page in order to sell with Instagram. You can use Shopify without one, but since Facebook and Instagram are owned by the same company, they allow people to set up their products through Facebook, and then you can push them into Instagram.

My IG account has been rejected by Instagram and I’m not allowed to sell on IG shop. But, Facebook account is doing very well. I sync my Shopify account to Facebook with no problem. Why not IG?
