the solution to that is to change your page category .. to Product / Service and then you will be able to get a shop set up On your IG page !! Hit ❤️ if it worked ❤️❤️

This is honestly the most complicated thing I've ever had to do. Everything is connected but it says my instagram is "not eligible" and the reason why is "because it's not eligible". I've been trying to do this for 4 days. I've followed every single instruction I've come across and nothing seems to work. All I want is my products to come up on instagram! :'(
I wasted a good six hours total just trying to set up my Instagram shop and I’m really done I think Facebook has made things so freaking complicated and I got the same type of issues… Every time I got one thing fixed it would direct me to another page and then tell me I needed to do this and I needed to do that and it kept having all these read errors In the video when she said you don’t own their email addresses or their information that really turns me off and I just didn’t realize that! I think I’m just gonna have to use Instagram and TikTok to make video and direct people to my own Shopify website at this point!
I got approved, but my view shop icon is only visible on my account. And when I log into Shopify to check it says IG shopping isn’t available on ur account. So why did I receive a email from IG saying account is approved. This is waaaay to difficult & confusing.

My issue with this video is that it’s outdated. When u click creator there is no option to open up a shop now
