Strength will grow over time. I figured out that, at the moment where you are having a thought, there will always be a short moment afterwards that can be used for decision making shaping ones habitudes how to handle similar thoughts in the future. So, with every new thought, one has got the ability to decide within that short moment afterwards how one will react on that new thought. That 'technique' of immediate decision making has shaped my behaviour how I put thoughts into habitudes and how this reduces procrastination. This helped me quite a bit on how I could develop better habitudes more effectively. So, sometimes it's also all about 'techniqes of thinking'. As we all know, procrastination will draw more energy than taking a decision right away due to its nature of recurrency. Even if not every thought can be put into action immediately, this exercise of quick decision making has helped me a lot within my daily work habitude. Again, this is a great video. Thank you very much for your inspiration!

@@MiguelDaiz-k1m As long as you know you’ve been studying just know you can’t get too anxious about it. Ask your teacher/professor what would be an ideal way to study because for me especially studying certain topics and ways of studying hasn’t necessarily been that straightforward for me. I believe in you man but believe in yourself by trusting the work you put in. No matter what result you end up getting, just know you tried your best💯

great video btw enjoy the rest of your day- night
bless up man
