This is my first time watching your channel.. I'm so intrigued by how you get that rich tone in your voice. Is it effects, reverb, chorus, a program? I'm just wondering how I can sing something and get that production quality?
Thank you! I appreciate it. If you're wondering what plugins I use, strap in. First I do pitch correction with melodyne very lightly because I also use antares auto-tune pro very lightly. I think using them both really lightly as opposed to just doing either of them sounds significantly better. After pitch correction I do EQ. I cut out the lows up to about 75 HZ and slightly boost the highs above 10K HZ and I cut out unpleasant frequencies(usually lower). After that I compress using waves rvox and I use the noise gate on it too, then I also compress using the waves CLA2A and that is what makes the vocals reaaallllyyy pop. If I could tell you one plugin that makes vocals sound great, it's the CLA2A. after that, I do a tad bit of reverb, but not too much, then I put a limiter on my entire track to get that thicccc volume. I know that was a lot, but I hope this helps! Feel free to ask any more questions.
