I tried that before. Didn't work. I eventually kicked they're asses and we became best friends. Shit you not my best friends are the ones I stood up to in school. Some people are beyond help by love. Sometimes they do need to be beat. Not always but sometimes. I love everyone but we all know what I said is true and it's sad.

I could connect with that. My friends know what I’m going through because we’re always connecting, but my parents are always working, so I haven’t told them I have depression yet. So they don’t know that they need to take me to a therapist. And sometimes, my dad feeds off negative energy, and I give it back to him. It doesn’t help, and those nights, I cry myself to sleep. But then, I found this channel. I don’t cry myself to sleep anymore, I cry, and I stop crying because I’m watching her videos.

My mom died from cancer a week ago and throughout the hard times I’d always watch your videos and she actually watched them too and loved them. During times of stress and sadness you always gave us comfort and something to help us relax and sleep and we always shared that because of you. The way you are able to calm someone in times of difficulty and sadness is a true gift. I continue to watch your videos and I know my mom would’ve loved this one. Somehow this video feels very personal, like you're actually talking to me and not just to a camera. You seem so genuine. Which is why in my opinion this is one of your (or any ASMRtist's) best videos. It actually feels like you care.
Sometimes Maria, we give so much of ourselvs, we end up giving our reserved energy too, leaving ourselves with nothing. We end up so tired and so empty that we have no energy to accept love, time and attention from others. we just want to be left alone.
We feel drained and overwhelmed because we're surrounded by takers. Energy is a very important element of the soul, always save some for yourself, especially when you're surrounded by takers.
Th only way to regain energy is sleep, meditation and others giving their energy to us in a way that's exactly like your video.

Maria, I have to tell you, you are a literal life saver. 2020 has been hell for most of us. This year, I got post natal depression after having our baby, my mum was diagnosed with lung cancer, and today my partner lost his job. I’m feeling like I just want to give up. I know this comment is two years old, but I want to say how much I agree. Personally I think she could take a break for a while and we'd use the videos she's made already.
I was seriously let down by a man who said he would be there for me through a medical thing today and just wasn't so I went through a painful scary situation on my own while feeling so hurt and distressed...this has really helped comfort me
you have such a pure heart, Maria, and it has shone through in your videos since the beginning. thank you, thank you, thank you for providing this warmth, comfort, and safety-especially now that the pandemic has us all extra stressed and sometimes stuck at home. ♥️
