Thanks Gemma, this content reminds me of the reason I subscribed years ago early during the pandemic. Not so much trend- or brand-led as much as a personal expression of yourself as a stylist, which I've always admired. You not only look amazing in all these outfits, you also look at home and comfortable in your own skin. Well done you!
So glad bootcut jeans are back! For awhile there, I could barely find them for purchase in the stores I normally shopped at once skinny jeans came in. Ralph Lauren makes a great pair which has narrower openings at the bottom of the leg if you prefer that.
I also have a Morgan top from 2005. I’ll never part with it as I wore on the first date with my husband. I’ve found the trends I wore in the late 80’s are coming back. My favourite style was blue jeans, white t shirt or white shirt and blazer. I still wear the same items now even though I’m 72 Classic styles never date 😊
Oh wow Gemma, I had loads of stuff from Morgan back in the day! Only recently did I chuck out my last item from them. I hadn't worn it for ages but despite Morgan being quite cheap fast fashion it just goes to show how much better the quality was back then as the top was still in good condition 😀 x
I’m dying to know what she’s done. She has always looked great but her weight loss is very obvious. I think we are about the same age so I’d really love to know.
Nice video. I can't stand oversized clothes either! I'm not going to get rid of my skinny jeans. They will be back on trend, before we know it... so thin ish ladies, don't do away with anything that you really like. In fact, wear what you feel best in at all times!
@@rosej9686 Agree & also , there are various styles of jeans that are actually labeled straight leg , boot cut & barely bootcut . I 've always preferred all three of these classic styles as they do not overwhelm my 5'3" frame .
I’m not such a fan of the bootcut jeans, I don’t seem to find the ones that fit me right, I’m not tall 1 m68 and when it try some it seems like to much jeans at my but like baggy. If I wear jeans their either pretty slim fitted or skinny ones. Yes I’m 55 but for the rest style them with blouses, t shirts, leather jackets or more dressed up. I’m more the creative person and like to play around with jewelry. If the blouse is busy or vibrant, jewelry toned down. I love my shoes and bags matching up more. But the style ideas can help along very much like combinations even for younger people, that I sometimes think okay you say you have a business meeting with a client and wearing ripped jeans and a t shirt? I wonder what boss did allow that and afterwards complained the deal wasn’t done? When I go out on a diner nobody would ever guess I worked as a bedside nurse or nursing aid at home service. For me it was making myself nice for myself and husband feeling good when out at events or restaurant, or weddings. Even when attending school meetings we didn’t go in like Oslow from Miss hyacint the lady of the resident. We made our kids aware getting a job sometimes is reflected on how one dressed accordingly the place. Even when my son as auto body repair person was dressed well and clean. I told my daughter have basics like blacks, dark blues and white and add colors so you have always something that will fit for every occasion possible. From dresses, skirts, pants, to blouses and accessories. Maybe old school but it helps a lot.

Well said
The jeans fit you so well. You look fabulous in how you styled each look. Thanks for these styling inspirations.
I love bootcut jeans and wow Gemma! You look great in them. Love the white shirt with it! ❤
Thanks so much!!
So glad boot cut is coming back. St 5 foot one inch it's the very best Jean look for me!
Great video, bootcut is my favourite jean!
Miss Gemma...I luv bootcut. I wear what flatters me, not trends. Each of your outfits plus accessories are spot on classic chic and simple 😊

It's the only style jeans I ever wear. It goes with everything and is the most flattering.

It’s a real blast from the past isn’t it
Love your creativity Gemma! Beautiful outfits 😀💕
Love the Morgan top ... definitely keep it!
Gemma, you look great! Would you share your weight loss journey and your daily meal choices?

You have the absolute best taste in handbags, Gemma! I'm always envious, lol.

Afternoon Gemma, like those jeans. I was expecting Alan Partridge goes line dancing, but they look lovely, especially with a white shirt xx
Love every outfits !!
Luces espectacular!!!❤
Your hair looks great Gemma ❤
Thank you so much
Love the Morgan top. I love your hair! Is it styled or a natural curl? Lovely ideas - thankyou.
Thank you, I curl it with a straightener
great video.....as always! thank you
Fabulous 🙂
Ihi gemma, are there jeans with no zips out there? Please ❤
Please share how you lost weight, a video would be great, you look amazing ❤
Very disappointed that there were no flat shoe options shown.
Wish I could have but did explain why at the start of the video
Looks more like a straight leg Jean. Bootcut I recently tried on had a lot bigger leg than those.
Yours might be flares. A bootcut widens just a bit at the bottom.
