Shanelle, I just wanted to say thank you so much for your transparency about your struggles with postpartum. I am 9 weeks postpartum and I deal with many of the same problems. Know that you are a beautiful person both inside and out. During my struggles, I’ve had many women tell me that I need to learn how to give myself more grace and know that I am more than enough for my children. I would like to encourage you to give yourself grace as well. You are an excellent Mom and as Mom’s we sacrifice so much for our children, especially our bodies. Your body will not only get back to what it was pre-pregnancy, but it will be even better! Just be patient with yourself and know that you are not in the struggle alone. 😊💕

Don't ever stress on how you look, you're a beautiful woman who created LIFE with that body, regardless of how big or small you are, you are doing your best and caring for your baby first! yess! i know my body worked so hard for 10 months growing her and i know its going to take longer than that for it to "get back to normal" if at all. i just have my moments and wanted to share that i too struggle because it is easy for people to watch others online and think they don't go through things as well and i just wanted to share that they arent alone. 🤍 thank you!🥺
So happy for your video today! Always look forward to your uploads. Being a “curvy” girl can be hard when it comes to clothes shopping. Jeans are SO annoying and they either fit my waste but are tight on my butt and thighs OR it’s huge on my waste and fits my butt and thighs great. It’s so annoying. I am also in my journey of trying to feel “better” in my body and it’s not an easy road and there are tough days for sure. I understand your feelings ❤
Yesss! This is how alllll of my pants are that I buy. Way too big on my waste cause my booty and hips lol.
I am currently 6 months pregnant with my first and I’ve gained about 50lbs so far!! I’ve been so scared thinking about my postpartum body😢 but you give me confidence and inspiration to love my body no matter what🫶🏼💙
