i was hoping to find more info regarding the servo horn because there is a lot of different pieces that can be mounted, i'm a bit confused what to use..
Hello Jeff I am actually going to start building a YD-2S kit and with the manual I will be following your videos as well. I just have a stupid question for Part 2 's video do you have it without the time lapse...
could you please post all the parts that you bought for this build. Im looking to get this YD2 kit but I dont know all the compatible parts that you have to buy separate because it doesnt come with all the parts needed
It's a standard servo tester- they cost about $3. when you power it from 4 AA batteries you can do 3 different modes: control the servo with a dial, center the servo and cycle the servo continually through its travel (dial controls speed )
I currently use the Turnigy shorty 4200 man 2s battery packs which are good- one of mine is unbalanced after running though. I'm getting some Gens Ace Tattu batteries soon

Cool vid, looks like the car out the box is pretty nice and won’t break the BANK! 👍
Where did you get all these parts

Sorry, I don’t have that footage anymore
What music?
What gyro you got?
Whats all the parts I need besides the chassis to run a rc drift yokomo yd2s? But good parts you'd recommend.
where can i get the servo
Can you buy one thats already assembled?
Not a Yokomo- look for a MST RMX 2.0
For now you can order a yokomo yd2-ac
I have 3 or 4 of these motors.
Jeff got drift skills

He really needs too 😐
What dose the gryo do for the car
I personally don't have a drift car yet, but from what I've seen they help hold the drift and keep the car from spinning out
@@paulmatos5317 found out it helps the car go back to neutral

What is the thing u use on 3:57 to test that servo...and where can i get it

Nice build video man!! Was the 8.5 motor better to drift with than the 10.5? Or is there another reason you choose the 8.5?
I installed the 10.5 I think it’s industry standard.
Ok thanks!👍🏻 are you stil using the lower tag products of were they not good enough?
Do these parts work on a yd2s
yes
@@7demo7review thanks for answering like nobody else
where should the servo be placed on the front or rear wheels?
Front
What battery use?

Very nice video :)
Thank you, I should be doing a update soon- I upgraded everything to Yokomo top spec components.
The only reason I came here was to watch you wire it all together and you sped that bit up 🙄😂😂
Sorry man!!!
No worries it's all good :/
Is the sensor wire universal ?
Does this kit come with a battery
Also what battery are you using I didn’t catch it
@@Yacht5.56 no it doesn’t
