Really good video brother I've been watching you guys for a long time but anyhow where is the Mrs and why isn't that little lady cooking those famous yum yum dishes I know it's homemade stuff that she makes and I love watching her cook even bread and the whole nine yards cuz every time she cooks she makes me hungry but any who keep up your good work you're doing a fine job brother tell Mrs I miss her cooking. ❤
Thanks for sharing this... it was fun to watch. I love the mountain home country look... but I just wish they made some sort of something to trim out corrugated.... you know? Makes me wonder if you could get a similar look and feel with some bead-rolled sheet metal or something. I'm always a bit hesitant to use corrugated for this reason - but there are places where it looks great.

I never understand why these off grid people drive themselves into the ground, while constructing their homes. Get a power saw/chain say/small backhoe to do all that heavy work in the onset and then off grid live the life that follows! Get the construction that needs to be done, done with help….and go on from there! This guy did not need to hand dig anything…or hand saw anything. He brings the power tools in later…maybe he learned. I so admire their desire to live off grid…wish they would just help themselves in the onset. I wish I could live like this….but alas. I cannot. Keep going young ones!
