14:00 yep that’s why I stopped it was already horrible in my city but it was nice for pocket change. I switched to instacart/shipt. Orders are higher paying and if you do it right takes the same amount of time. Most Customer are nicer and no dealing with rude restaurants workers.
Forgive me, someone may have already asked this question but my question is this I live in a small town in South Carolina called Greenville South Carolina. Normally, I take most all orders that come my way even the crappy ones I would really like to just decline them and wait for better orderswhere I get at least a dollar a mile but I’m shooting for two dollars a mile. From what you’re saying is it now going to hurt me when my acceptance rate goes down? Please respond to this because this is way that I am supplementing income.
I've never seen one of your videos before. You're very articulate. Why did they confiscate your bike?? I am a Dasher and agree that the 'Dash Now' button is invaluable. I don't take no tip offers, but I definitely take more junk than I used to in order to maintain a status that allows me to dash at any time. I go out daily for 3-4 hours and it works for me. 6,494 deliveries and I still enjoy it.

The thing is that being able to dash now when it's not busy is there aren't many offers because it's not busy. When it's busy, everyone can dash now, and if it's busy, it means lots of offers with very little waiting around. It's not worth going out from 2-4pm even if I can go out and dash now from 2-4p. There's not even an option to schedule from 2-4p on weekdays. I don't see the dash now option as being beneficial enough for me to lose money delivering a bunch of $3 nine mile orders. If you're using a car, a 9 mile drive costs 9 X 0.67 = $6.03. A 9 mile order has to be $6 just to break even. Why do three 9 mile orders for $18 just to get one 5 mile order for $20?

yea some ppl do that. could just be a husband using a wife's account or a completely stolen account or anything inbetween. i know when i just got reactivated tho i had to do a biometric scan of my face to verify it was me before I could dash. (it's the second time I've had to do a biometric scan of my face, the first time was just random). side note: i'm not a fan of anything anywhere biometrically scanning me to verify me i think that's dystopian tech

Dude. This whole silver gold plat ranking system messed me up too. 4th of july was not a good night to dash. The last 3 orders I accepted and arrived at had between 15 to 20 cars lined up around the building. So I did what any other sane dasher would do and cancelled. Little did I know DD made it to where you cant cancel 3 or more or they drop your rank. So now I cant dash whenever until I get my completion rate up to 97 and there are hardly any times to schedule ahead in my area 🤣 DD just broke what didnt need to be fixed lol Totally looking forward to these dank money making tips bro! 🙏

If he's not going to be doing DD any more... If you're going to be late with an order, click on Airplane Mode, deliver the order, drive 1/4 mile away from the delivery spot, click off airplane mode and call DD to tell them you delivered the order but didn't have cell service and had to drive out of the neighborhood and find a place to stop and call. They'll mark it as delivered on time. I did one dirty stack and didn't realize the UE order had an ice cream cake and chose to deliver that first. I was a few minutes late delivering the DD order.
My job is not to make money. I do my job because I do I enjoy. People need to have a different mindset. I enjoy food delivery, and delivering food for people. BDA! You were in Fresno? You should have come down to Kingsburg. That glitch was fun while it lasted. It ended on May 1. But what you do is wait for the area to turn red log in pause then schedule that hour out for a week, then go back to your dash or log out.

I have a scooter and it gets 100 miles per gallon and it has a belt drive so less maintenance. Also u probability already know this by now, but the Central Valley kind of requires you to have at least silver dashing. If you don’t get early scheduling there’s hardly any schedules. But oddly enough if you have added a car and bike to your account you can switch between the two and find more schedules because only Fresno, Merced, and Turlock allow bikers/motorcyclist. All cities allow cars.
just was there for a bit when they dropped the new program. ocasionally i was able to do a "dash along the way" to madera and still get offers in fno but basically i was unable to dash there when that new program hit. great tip tho thanks for sharing. and scooters are great mpg unfortunately still must register/insure but that's still a lot cheaper than a car for sure
you can spend a lot of money on your biz or send a lot away to the gov who sends it away to other countries. it can go back into your delivery biz or a diff biz

It's the cancellation rate that got you. I think anything under 90% throws up a red flag. They can't deactivate you for low acceptance rates.
