THANKS FOR VIDEO , CAN YOU ALSO PLEASE PROVIDE VIDEO FOR PRINTHEAD ALIGNMENT AND STEP ADJUST DOESNT WORK IN MY CASE AND WHITE LINE PEEKS OUT OF THE DESIGN
Good video. Please can you do a video where you knock out black from a character design for a black Tshirt, halftone it and also choke the design for the white underbase in Photoshop. Thanks. Why I am asking for this tutorial is that, the coverage of the white underbase after choking is not covering the character design. I can send you the design for you to play with.
This is mainly the problem of the coating of DTF film ,some film want to adsop more ink , at the same time it will also adsop more humity , final adshensive the power in no ink place
If you printer has heaters turn those on to 35C/95F and if you're using a dryer/shaker turn on the heated guide place or preheat to 65-75C. It's moisture wicking from the in into the ink absorbing layer. The heaters will help dry that so adhesive powder doesn't stick to it.
This is what I tried to explain my DTF provider, but they just don't get it. The prints are awesome, but that annoying white outline makes it look unprofessional.
This explenation dont cover the truth that white underbase choking option are only available on certain types of RIP softwares. Editing with a raster software for white underbase choking is not an elegant solution.
If a RIP software doesn’t have the ability to choke the white underbase it must be done in Photoshop like we show at the end of the video. No, it’s not an elegant solution, that’s why we recommend RIPs that have white underbase creation and choke.
So even though it turned into another color will it turn out as the original clothe image is?
Absolutely fantastic video! Straight to the point, covered a ton of things and didn't waste any time.
Thank you!
Its our pleasure!
Great content
Glad it was useful!

@@DTFSuperstore Thanks. I have sent it.
Thanks !!!
You're welcome!
will this help prevent def powder sticking just beyond the edge of the image.... or is that a humidity issue?

You mentioned ps. So does this needs to be done to all graphics you design first in ps before bringing into your rip software?
No, most RIP softwares create the white underbase automatically. We're just showing how to do it if your RIP does not.
The white underbase is not working on my printer and I have no idea why or how to fix it ??
What RIP Software are you using?
@ thanks for the quick reply! It was operator error 🤪
I have fixed it
Thank you so much 😊
I appreciate your videos
I’ve learned so much from them
you can guide me remotely, I have a problem with my DTF machine
i prefer dtf machine with manual contract, very easy to separate for any kind of atwork
Definitely easier when the RIP automatically does it but having manual controls will make it easier to dial in the perfect results

White underbase choke is key. Thanks for watching.
👍
