  • Gluten-free, dairy-free lasagna (or pasta bake) that's a PURE MIRACLE. No weird dairy-free substitutes, clean ingredients, and easier to make than traditional lasagna.

I have cracked the non cheese part of a nice vegan lasagne, tastes just as satisfying as the expensive shop bough ones oddly, so will be interesting to see what goes in your dairy free lasagne.

Needing to go Dairy Free. Cause the more I eat of that cheese. The more I get sick. Lasagna is a kind of expensive dish to begin with. lol. Normal dish can cost up to 25 bucks. Depends on what you put in it. I've seen gluten free lasagna noodles at Amazon. I'll have to do Turkey. Ground beef can make me sick too. That looks really good.

Try lamb or goat if beef isn't working. I recently quit beef as well, and like it this way. Lamb, mutton and goat are great meats, not just alternatives, the more you learn to use them, the better it gets.
If you have access to fresh wild fish, that is also an excellent option.

I'm doing plant based and love finding alternatives. I would shred carrots and zucchini in the sauce and probably puree beans to put in the sauce instead of meat.

Too bad we are nut and peanuts free...
It would be better a straightforward recipe (actually recipe start at 7:20 ).
