Hi there. Thank you for your video. I've been having trouble connecting the 420d to my laptop. I thought I stubbled across the answer when you referred to testing all the USBs. Unfortunately, I tested all 3 USB ports and I still can't print a test page. I know the printer works because I can get a printer configuration label by pressing the button on top of the printer. Do you or anyone have any ideas why I can't connect the two, please? (I have installed the latest driver for Windows 10 from the Zebra website). Thank you.

Hi, I got a zebra PT400 and I cant seem to figure out how to get it connected, when I print out its config it says XOFF/XON - Handshake, no ip address so im totally lost here...Any idea what im supposed to do to connect it to my pc? it uses Ethernet however when i plug it directly into my pc it shuts off as soon as i plug it in and turns back on if I remove it....
I’ve been wanting to get a label printer for my small business for the longest time and finally pulled the trigger. I’m glad I did ! This machine is great th-cam.com/users/postUgkxw55tQTywUAAOsbrlwxONZULry77sFF1Q and the blue/green color matches the rest of the accents in my office. My favorite part is how small the footprint is. It’s less than 1/4 the size of my regular printer.Set up was fairly easy. Seller will email you a link with video instructions Which I found to be more helpful than the written instructions. I use a Mac and had no issues. They even included an adaptor for USB to USB-c which is great because I’m always losing mine! I had a few issues getting the labels to print properly and wasted quite a few sheets. You need to play around with the settings to get everything adjusted just right. If you have the wrong settings, it’ll crop off the edges or feed through blank labels. These aren’t issues with the machine though, just user error.
I have a zp500 and my computer wont detect it so i went to choose printer model and but the zp500 doesnt show it only shows zp450 and zp450e. I need help
@@BlaQFireNation yes I did. I downloaded the wrong software. I contacted the place where I bought it from and they hacked my computer and downloaded it for me.

I have the same one you can choose Gx420d EPL it is teh same printer diffrent name.
