Hey bro, how were you able to mount the bracket holding the light, to the bracket that was already attached to the bike? Were you able to reach the bolts from the back without taking the fairing off?
Good question , yes you can reach them without taking the fairing off ,you need to go under the fairing from the front make sure you mount light to the bracket then mount light/bracket to the bracket on fairing
@Bobstreet22 i ordered a seperate recessed bracket to see which I like best. I want the recessed look I don't like the light sitting out too much maybebit was worth the extra 200$
@Bobstreet22 oh okay,. I wasn't sure because they sell a plug and play harness separately. It's an extra $149 for that harness. I was thinking plug and play meant that harness allows you to plug the existing headlight connector on the bike to the plug and play harness, which would plug directly to the LP6. But I guess not, kind of not really plug and play from what it sounds like.
@@J_BLAZE415 it is in a way you plug into you stock harness that’s what controls your light the harness comes with two relays and yes you run two wires due to the amps your stock wires can’t handle those wires go directly to the battery +-
I’ve been driving with this light for some time now and all I have to say is it’s so worth it is so bright no regrets at all definitely recommend one
What kit did you use? The bracket I mean. I want the recessed look I think I need the other bracket....
The little plug you asking about is for turn signals accessories etc just hung up wid Cali Raised I'm doing my light now

The other mount does come with mounting point for relays.
I just ordered my kit how bad was it to install? Was like 800 for the whole kit
Not bad at all hardest part running wire to battery and the bolts that mounts the bracket to fairing the nuts in back are tricky to get

Is this install using the plug and play harness?
Yes it is for the most part but,you still have run a two wires to battery positive and negative which is already in the harness
