Dear Kevin: I just started this tutorial and I have to say I'm very excited about it. I had not heard of this tune Tennessee Whiskey before and I just feel, having now heard it, that its absolutely terrific. I love the way you are teaching it with the bar chords, the muting, staccato and such. Its just a great way to expand my horizons, and push me just a little further. I want to thank you for adding a great deal of excitement to my life. Bob, the Canuck
I learn how to read tabs. Struggling a little bit, but I know it takes time. That's informative video. I like when u tell about chords transitions. Love u sm, Kevin. Hello from Russia
Thanks Kevin. Sounds wonderful Just hope these old fingers can get it. Just seen you now have over 60.000 subscribers congratulations you deserve more. Keep up the good work love your channel. Regards Norm. Western Australia
Excellent teaching "platform" and a GR8 song choice. This goes into my learning library! Thanks. Oh by the way I challenge you to challenge "You Can Uke" to a sing off! Lol jk (but.......maybe a classic in the making(?), eh, hey I love collabs what can I say?!?)
I am learning the Minuet in G Maj. by JS Bach and have the notes down. Do you ever delve into classical music ? I would love a tutorial on how to meld the chords into the notes to make the melody stand out but also to add a little chord flair to this lovely tune. There are about 6 basic chords..in 3/4 time in this music. Anyone else with me in the classical music ?
This might sound like a dumb question but I'm still fairly new to the instrument and havent played round with the tuning yet. How do I tune my uke for this song, and is there an online tuner/app I can use to make sure i'm tuned correctly? My current tuning app only has the standard tuning on it.
Fully agree !! Chris Stapleton is amazing 💕 Thanks for this Nice tutorial 🙏
One of the best uke tutes I have seen on TH-cam - thank you so much!
Great tutorial - great song! Thanks Kevin
My pleasure!
