If I register class 34. (goods and description) column.that we manufacture if would register in class 34. All products of class 34 covered or i have to write one particular thing .
for eg- our bussinesd is of zarda & panmasala. (goods and description)- we write- Tobacco smokers' articles, matches

Mere naam pe mera PAN card hai, mera business ke naam se kya koi alagse phir PAN card banbana parega? 2. Mera ek online general store hai, mein woha par grocery se lekar electronic products bhi bechna chah ta hu, iske liye GST registration me kaunsa category/ HSN code select karna chayi hai? Section 14 or trademarks act,1999 clarifies that registrar ask to furnish written consent of such living person from the applicant before registering Mark.

Sir agr kisi compny ke pass "atul" Trade mark h or hamare pass " Atul ji " H so isme to koi problm nhi h bcoz it's similar but not same bcoz they have atul only and we have atulji tell me opinion about that

Yes aap TM-O file kar sakte ho opposition khlata hai. Isse unki file regustered hone se ruk jayegi.
