When keith grabs a beer, and still belts it out in the crowd during textbook, compliments the mixer and gets another beer......I swear, I gained a shit ton of respect for them. I already loved everything about their music, but this moment made me love them even more.
I lost count how many times I've seen we are scientists over the years. They are still one of my favorite bands to see live. And I'm seeing them again in Berlin this week and I cannot wait!
I am 61 and there used to be plenty of singer-songwriters who played MORE than one instrument. It speaks to your times if you think playing and singing isn't closer to walking AND chewing gum… But then again, we _paid for our music_ and so bands could mature and be able to make a living-it is only right that they get paid for their years and years of dedication and sacrifices. T.hat is how you get innovation and quality folks-pay for your music or save up for a concert. Cheers, from Toronto.
@@jmmacb03 I think you might have overshot my point. Kieth plays some pretty complicated guitar lines while singing, without throwing his voice out. I come from the metal scene, and appreciate how challenging that can be. And I still buy my music, as I have been for the past 30+ years!
I am 61 and just discovered Snow Patrol and thought I would check out these "Special Guests" who are also on the bill. It's going to be one heck of a show) on May 3rd in Toronto, Canada (Finally!) ♥
awesome gig...i love this band so much, been trying to catch up with their latest releases as I hadn't heard them before. i love everything i hear BUT MAN...I still, and i think probably always will, miss their original drummer. he was damn creative and amazing...big respects to current drummer but it's just not the same...
I got excited to know they were still playing, until I heard the drummer 😕 their 1st CD was one of my favorite CDs to drum along with, they surely are missing that energy
I think the drums on Barbara Album are better. The drummer who participated was the ex-drummer of the band Razorlight, and Up all Night, their debut album has one of the best drums I've heard in that indie rock scene.
What a smooth transition from Your Light Has Changes to Great Escape.

Anybody who can sing and play guitar like that simultaneously is truly a world-class musician!

Am I correct, does anyone else think this is the under the sea version of Textbook?

People there in Germany are really Dead...
Come to Denver!
do anyone knows what pedal he used?
I really the drive from his guitar
Sounds like a Big Muff
It's a Box Of Rock that's pretty much always turned on. He uses a pedal called a Super Hard-On for boosted distortion
The drummer is a little bit off and the crowd is kinda dead.
Fucking awesome
Drums are a bit all over the place, has he listened to the record??
Nope. Never listened to the record mate.
What are you talking about? The drums are tight my boy
Vocals too loud on this mix
Need a better Tapper.
What is that?
what're you talking about, the drummer's killing it
@@azurebass24 WAS, have not been the same since drummer Michael Tapper left. A much heavier sound basically replaced by dance music. .
the sound mixing for this was awful
какая же унылая публика..
Geil aber lamestes Publikum ever
Drummer is not good enough.
I'm surprised they still touring with that drummer
Bad take...
