- This video is the limiting strap shock rod end fix, i explain the price and procedure for this. Also talk about some recent boxing news and movies I've been digging👍👍I've recently had an influx of guys picking up this rig since the price dropped to $499 recently. If your gonna jump this bad boy make sure you do this otherwise have extra parts available. They're everywhere!

Soo much you have to do to the e revo before it's sk8 park ready, the brace is a must. One strong servo is most recommended, it flips and jumps fine without limiting straps but it may help with flips idk. But I bought it knowing id have to spend alot more to get it dialed for big jumps, but even then you'll break the toughest rc--speed kills

Damn I wonder what that's doing to my traxxas 1/16 vxl mini e revos lol..... My motor just went bad on one of them after only owning them both for 8 months or more..... They both go over 56 mph without much effort. My big e Revo is probably going to hit around 78-87 mph on 6S since I got that mod 1 gearing on it now. Can't wait !. Also entered a competition to win a free brand new traxxas xo-1 so hopefully I win it lol.

Home Depot will have them. They're in the drawers Metric 3 machined screws, #6...25mm, socket head.
I've noticed you've also upgraded the servos as well... What did you decide to go with as replacements?
They're low end 20kg servos the JX etc....ones you get from Banggood. Because the stock ones stopped working. I may get the hitec quality ones in the future. Thanks Brandon! 👊😄💯☝

The better "Heavy Duty" rod ends are pn8647. They are made by Traxxas & look identical to the ones that come on the E-revo 2.0

Hey man how’s it going one quick question bro I’m thinking of buying the erevo 2.0 or outcast or the talion which one will be better for bashing around and the one that won’t break ... I want something super duper stronger now I have smaller car that constantly break , I do small jumps like 5 feet max high again bro which one will you recommend for bashing and jump that won’t break as often , I appreciate it bro love your vids👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🔥
Out of the three I'd say the outcast is most durable out the box strictly based on design. But with a few modifications such as the one in this video the EREVO 2.0 can be the same. Talion is tough too, but made more for offroad speed not so much for jumping unlike the Kraton which IMO trumps even the Outcast...lmk what you end up getting. Because I've seen them all break haha! Especially if your gunning that throttle with huge sends👍👍😃✌💪💯🔥
Tom Tracks my brooooooo I just got the freakin outcasttttttt the best rc car I’ve ever bought wow man this thing is a beast .... fast as heck more than fast for jumps .... and dirt grass etc complete beast , but hey man what battery you use 2 3s but how many c”s and voltage and what do you use to charge it I’m currently using the traxxas stuff I’m using 3s lipo 11.1 25c I converted it but it sparks when I put it in just wanted to know what charger and batteries the best?
@@izzivilli2710 yeah you'll want 50C discharge at least. I run 3S 5400mah duels on mine duratrax ONYX they work great! Your Traxxas are only 25C and your really risking it balooning or damaging your batteries. LMK what you end up getting and congrats! 👍👍😎

Very good, but as far as the bump stop on the inside of the shock body, you can also use poly-tubing, which I've done in other vehicles to lower the ride height while keeping the same spring tension etc. I've also done similar to my Summit, which essentially does the same thing, but went to 70 wt shock oil in all 4 corners, and your E-revo has even heavier tires than what I'm running, which slows down how fast all that weight yanks on those rod ends, but not thick enough to feel sluggish, definitely a great mod. (Into the Spiderverse is pretty dope... "Heyyy"... ZAP!!!)

I put zip ties from the rockers to my aluminum main chassis brace as limiting straps, will be getting them straps though they look damn sexy how much and where to get um ?

You are just like me.... Miminal bashing more speed lol. 60-62 mph is not that hard to hit on normal mod 0.8 regular 32 pitch gearing..... With mod 1 though you'd easily break that 60-65 barrier and top 70-75 mph lol. You have a ton of RC cars compared to me man and I'm a single guy without kids lol. It's just funny how we both use Q tips and baby wipes LMFAO. I use them baby wipes not only for RC cars but for myself to lol !!!!!!.... THEY COME IN HANDY !.

Put the stock chassis support(8620) back on. Then put the new one(5632) on top of it. I run with both.
Maybe you shouldn't do coke before making videos or do it in the videos. If your not on coke go blow your nose.
