I still get pushback at 18 mph even though it’s advertised as 20 mph on the pint x newer update. I own a GT and XR classic so I’m pretty much going to sell mine
Having said I'll never get an FM board again after going VESC and all the anti-RTR shenanigans, I'm rethinking that, so kudos. Concerned at 0:14 that it's hitting pushback at a speed that doesn't look like 20mph

I'm in the same boat, though CBXR. I have always been dead set on VESCing, and I will still be VESCing my XR for even more power, but this will give me a board similar to ride while I work on the VESC.
This is a great idea and a great product. Please tho futuremotion, please fix the software updates to not brick existing XRs who purchased the CHI Battery system to prolong the board length. Don't be like Apple about all this. People will buy new boards eventually regardless.

Ever since the introduction of the Pint S, and its similar pricepoint to the Pint X, are you guys considering discontinuing the Pint X? This way, your lineup is easier to understand, and gives the Pint, Pint S, and XR classic a better standing in your lineup. Also, it makes the GT-S naming scheme make sense.
Interesting release as I was wondering why the latest GT-S rings in at 3200 and I just started looking at these. Mind you the tests I've seen haven't been getting the GT-S over 16 mile range.

No it doesn’t if you’re are talking about the old deep shack stand. I have a XR classic and that stand. It only fits my Pint X. I had to get the new GT stand for the XR classic.
What about the thousands of original xr riders that want to put their rails, foot pads and bumpers onto the new xr and find out it doesn't fit, expect for the tyre? I get that you want to progress onto the new gt style platform... The vesc scene is mostly built on the original xr platform as that has the most 3rd party parts/mods available, though there's now a lot thats come out for the gt, I would like to see some WTF rails made for this new xr....
I upgraded to a XR classic from a Pint X and it’s a great upgrade. I still own my Pint X for its nimble carving nature. The XR classic just is a lot safer and stable to ride. It gives confidence riding at higher speeds and has better range than the Pint X.

I’m confused. This is a new model similar to XR but only fits “some” XR accessories. Looking at the classic in the video. You can’t use XR rails bc the location of the charge port is different which totally stinks. Too many freaking platforms. I love it but also hate it bc I can’t use accessories I already have and love. If you are new to onewheel, this would be a great board, even though I think I’d rather have the pint S. Idk. It would be a coin flip. The pint S almost seems like the perfect board at a great price.
I agree. I wish they had called it something else since it has basically nothing to do with the original xr. it will just make accessories. really everything confusing in the future.

Its because its easier to (on purpose or accidental) overpower the XR. I believe it makes it more flowy feeling. GT feels more like a vehicle imo XR (og one never rode classic) more like a skateboard
The naming of this thing really irks me. The Onewheel xr was really the Onewheel + xr. So it was a pro model of the Onewheel + platform. This should be called the Onewheel + classic or pro. Technically it shouldn’t be called either of them because it has a diffrent frame and design. I’d call it the Onewheel reimagined, or something similar. But the og platform wasn’t xr. The platform was +
so we are clear.. old with pad updates is not the XR. The XR has everything I want and none of the other shite. No bent tilt kicked pads and custom shaping toward the front tilt is all I wanted. I owned all your boards and went back to XR. Never get rid of or change the ride. Hate the lifted pads... love the power and range.. If you make customers "Captn Morgan" the fukr, its shite. Will buy a new OW but won't buy a lifted pad setup. Love you guys so much. Love my OW.

This model fits no XR accessories. It is compatible with a variety but not all Onewheel GT accessories.
