Can You Grow TIMOTHY HAY IN a Ditch?👩‍🌾

We have been delt a giant ditch that we have to work with. Here at Nurtured Seed Homestead, we make big plans in small spaces and we wanted to utilize this space in the most useful way that we could. I have always been someone who thinks outside the box with disregard to what the "norm" is. This may not be your "typical" front yard, but that makes me like it even more!

Also - are we concerned about the bunnies and predators? Bald Eagle, coyotes, etc. are you thinking you’ll have some sort of roof on the hutch?

Yes, the rabbits will have protection from their hutch and we will harvest the hay to put in the hutch. We have many birds of prey here so rabbits will be protected!
