If you don't like Cayenne before you put the brown sugar on, mix it with some freshly ground black pepper. It'll also help bring out the flavor of the sweet
Mine stayed chewy with a perfect bit of a crunch! If you overcook they might get too crunchy and also burn so just watch them and they should be perfect, always a big hit!!
