I have a2004 C-Class w203 automatic obviously the kompressor and considering it is only a 1.8 petrol with the supercharger when you put your foot down this car moves fast down the road, the guy I got it off was the owner of a garage and this was his own car when I bought it was shockingly clean and in immaculate it had 120km and this car will move I actually was concerned for a while thinking that the supercharger was possibly in overboost as always very surprised with the speed I was getting gold I got it checked and there was nothing wrong amazing the extra power supercharger will put into a 1.8 I've had many cars many fast cars but also when you're on the motorway you can cook along at 120 mph and you can barely hear the sound is smooth as silk
Personally I think the w204 is a bit better and “easier” to drive. If that makes sense. Might be because it’s auto👌 Both are great driving vehicles 💪🏼💪🏼

Yet, I heard that the w204 is not as robust as the w203, and also, the built quality is a lot inferior. Some people told me that the w204 has dpf issues, and many of them burn if not maintained properly. What do you think as an owner of both? Your response is highly appreciated. Thanks!
I need new tyres for my C350 CDI, running hybrid turbo and cats and egr delete with a stage 2 tune (torque limits disabled) , launching the car is hopeless because it just spins😂 but once it's off there's no stopping it😂 and I straight piped it so it sound awesome, not insane loud but it got nice growls
Yeah , doesn't sound like a diesel truck or a lazy diesel, it actually has a nice tone (I enabled manual mode and it'd fun playing a tune with the exhaust). And it's not super loud but it definitely has an aggressive bark if i give it alot of throttle. The turbo actually acts like a muffler in way. Not really unless you beat the ever living out of your car on the daily (I straight piped it when it was stock and drove it almost 2 years with a stage 1 tune ) then I upgraded to a hybrid turbo Because I wanted a physcopath 350 cdi , still got the original turbo it's still in perfect condition according to my turbo builder and so far I've had no issues. I drive spiritedly (with throttle curve at KLD 2 ... torque limits off , manual and agility mode) but you'll get the occasional GTI driver who'll try their luck🤣@@thomasmcmeekin5515
My everyday car is a W204 C with 1,8 Kompressor and 183 hp. I have the 5G not the manual and I raced two 2,2 diesels. Both automatic. The petrol is faster. It may be those 13 hp more.😂 W204 is a very good reliable car.

Man , that w204 is a CDI , common rail supercharged enjine which uses a 1,8 litre , the w203 uses 1,5 litre turbo , which is just a kompressor supercharged, so no matter how you modify it, it won't stand a chance against the CDI.
