I don't recall if they actually said so in the movie, but the reason Wolverine was able to tell it was Mystique disguised as Storm is because all of Wolverine's senses are superhuman. He literally has the sense of smell of the most powerful dogs. Mystique's powers do a lot, but she never did quite figure out how to change her scent.
Not just the smell, he's got dog level hearing as well.
@@passionsquietrageso what I’m hearing is, he got that dawg in him?
“I feel a great swell of pity for the poor soul who comes to that school, looking for trouble.”
Remember that.
interesting. does she also have trouble with mimicking scent in the comics?
@@alexandervelez9507 Like most things in comics, it changes with the writer, but in general she cannot really change her scent, at least not enough to trick Logan. She also (usually) can't actually copy a person's powers -- when she impersonates Wolverine, and she pops her claws, her's aren't made of adamantium, which is why he is able to cut them off.
Hugh Jackman was 32 when this movie was released. That means that he is 56 in Deadpool & Wolverine. The fact he managed to get even MORE ripped now is crazy.
He isnt the "longest serving Marvel actor" though ... Wesley Snipes with Blade has that title.
I’m genuinely so happy people are starting to watch the X-Men movies for the first time because of Deadpool 3. They’re fantastic movies, some are even better than the MCU
Fun fact: When Mystique disguised as Bobby walks out of the elevator just after the real Bobby walks past it, that's not movie magic. Shawn Ashmore, the actor who plays Bobby/Iceman has an identical twin brother named Aaron who is also an accomplished actor, and it was Aaron who walked out of the elevator.
Fun fact#2: Ray Park, who played Toad in this movie was also Darth Maul in Star Wars Episode 1.
OK! James Cameron did the same thing in Terminator 2...
Not so fun fact #3: the boy who played Pyro / John in this one was sexually molested by Bryan Singer and one of his collaborators.
If you were wondering why he didn't return to his role, now you know.
Not only do you need to watch the "X-Men" movie series first, but you also need to watch the "Blade" trilogy, "Electra(2005')" and "Fantastic 4" before watching Deadpool 2 and Deadpool & Wolverine
Make sure and watch all the way to the end of the credits. There are usually scenes to the next movie somewhere in them.
There is several sequels and prequels. Probably X2 X3 next for continuity then the prequels. That's also the order they were released.
Yeah there are so many movies it's actually confusing haha :D
@@InnaSoloTV nothing confusing, just watch them on release order :))
I'm English, I love the fact "f*cking" is a universal word!🏴
😂
Just because you're a mutant doesn't mean you're going to win.
...
There are plenty of mutants with rubbish powers.
For example, there's one dude whose power is that his skin is see-through. That's all.
The X Men are my favorite superheroes of all time and Magneto is one of my favorite villains of all time
the X-Men was my favorite comic as a child. Many of us nerds and smart kids we always picked on in school for being different and we could identify with the mutants because they were born different and didn't choose it. They just wanted to fit in. The irony that they choose to defend humanity that hated and feared them was the hook for the series and why they choose Xavier's School for Gifted Students, it was a place where they were accepted. The government created the Bureau of Mutant Affairs to deal with the "Mutant Menace"
Definitely keep watching the X-Men series in order!
You missed the girl going through the wall at 15:00 I think her name is Kitty Pride Im not sure.
She's Kitty Pryde (Shadowcat) actually, played by Sumela Kay. Elliot Page (when he was Ellen Page) played her in "X-Men: The Land Stand" (2006).
Hello Inna, nice to see you!😊 The prequels are even very good with a young talented cast!😉 For some reason TH-cam isn't notifying me about your videos, so I am late. Sorry about that. Great reactions to your very first X-Men film, Inna!!!!🎬👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Is it me or does almost every woman here on TH-cam who watches this movie for the first time immediately start thirsting over Hugh Jackman? 😂
I wonder why 😜
I think every woman reacting on youtube is Only doing it because of the male actors associated with the show...and they say males are "shallow".
36:54 That was horrible to see in the first time.
41:11 The the funniest part of the film. :D
47:03 This is such a beautiful scene with the music.
47:41 Yee, Mystique! :)
I love Wolverine I love Hugh Jackman
thank you for sharing your fun reaction 👍☺
❤️
Super reaction. Thank you.
I love this movie X-men 😅
It’s very good!
29:41 You thought Ice Man was the actor's twin brother.
(Yes, Shawn and Aaron Ashmore, both are actors though I think one might have retired.)
Except at the time, they didn't know Shawn was a twin and spent a buttload of money on movie magic to "twin" him.
14:40 Nice dress. :)
15:19 Holy moly...! Is that a cat or a lion... ;)
19:19 So did I, from this first scene on. 20:33 Yeah, agreed.
20:46 I like your canines.
Dear InnaSolo: You do a reaction/review VERY Well. I particularily like it when you do an Epiphany (realizing or 'figuring something out') It/they are the main reason that I watch these reviews -- enjoying the moment of discovery with somebody. One thing I'd like to warn you against --- is making predictions on the up-coming twists, plot directions, and resolutions of the movie. There are reaction/reviewers that I watch (good ones) who do "THIS" and I don't like it. It is sort of like somebody telling you "Who the murderer is" at the beginning of a Murder Mystery --- It kind of ruins the whole purpose/reason for the movie. So, (even if it may make you look a little nieve), please allow us the pleasure of watching you figure something out WHEN it is appropriate for you to figure it out; (Please --- pretty please).
Now, it seems to be in your plans to watch Xmen Origins: Wolverine at some point. This movie is a prequel (as the title suggests) and is tangential to the plot line of the rest of the xmen movies so IT DOESN'T REALLY MATTER WHEN YOU WATCH IT, "BUT" I think it would be best following X2. AND!!! this movie gets a lot of hate (for reason I want to share but they would be spoilers, see discussion above) but I think that these reasons are unjustified, and that Origins is one of my more favoured Xmen movies. SO..... please go into it with an open mind and we can talk about it, after you've seen it.
X-Men is from 2000
You’re right! It was a typo, corrected now 😊
The only problem I saw in the X-Men movies was they never shown the popular version of Rogue. She put Ms Marvel/Carol Danvers in a coma and permanently stole her physical powers of flight, invulnerability and super human strength. Introducing the X-Men to the MCU, I would love to watch Rogue take out Captain Marvel. 😂
You mentioned flight twice, instead of the superhuman strength. But you're right, it's sad how they did Rogue in these movies. Almost as sad as how they did Jean Grey and Cyclops.
Edit: I think the first two movies did a good job with Cyclops and Jean. I'm not going to say which movie did them dirty, due to possible spoilers, but if you have seen the movies and read the comics, you know which movie I am referring to.
@@darkkhalwb I've collected the comics since 1975 and also saw all of the Fox movies. Oh yeah I definitely know which movie did Cyk and Jean were done dirty. 😢 The first 2 were great, 3rd...not so much. Days of Future's Past (Rogue edition) was excellent and Apocolypse was kinda flat. Right now I'm on the fence about their introduction to the MCU.
EDIT: Thanks for pointing out that error. 🤣 fixed it.
@@Zeus1701E All good. One other character they definitely did dirty was Darwin. I'd say he was done the dirtiest of all, after thinking about it for a little while.
Wait until the greatest superhero movies in this franchise and all time, X2, First Class, Days of Future Past and Logan. Then of course, there's the original Deadpool, which I think is the greatest superhero comedy ever made
Watch "Rear Window" 1954
For the firster timer ever!
Just subscribed and you seemed so familiar. So clicked on music reaction link in profile info to see if thats where I already knew you from. It is... was already subscribed there... but the link is outdated in your profile info: older InnaMusicReactions versus newer InnaSoloMusic ... please update so you can get better cross profile - fans and stuff.
Without spoilers anything, there are 4 excellent ones, two ok and the rest are hot garbage
inna, can you watch Hulk (2003) it is one of the first marvel movies, like Dr Strange (1978) Howard the Duck (1986) Blade (1998) NIck Fury : Agent of SHIELD (1998) Generation X (1995)
Thank you so much for the suggestions 😊
@@InnaSoloTV also Fantastic Four (2005)
I was pleasantly surprised how well David Hasselhoff did as Nick Fury in the 98 movie.
34:40 you're 'missing details' probably because you're constantly talking non stop...
Save yourself a headache and don't try and figure out the timeline. Just watch each movie as a standalone and not a series. You will enjoy them more. I would suggest watching them in release order just don't try and make sense of the timeline.
You should watch X-men origins Wolverine next
